I greatly enjoy having the opportunity to make a real difference to some one’s life by helping them to focus on their future and their potential, and reflect on past successes rather than setbacks; to make changes in their lives that impact them within weeks rather than months; and to see my clients happier and more content than when I first met them.

Many years ago I was advised by a close friend to do what I'm good at and what I love... sounds too simple, but it actually led me to starting my business that makes work enjoyable for me every day.

Clients have overwhelmingly told me they chose me over the competition because they felt confident that I knew what I was talking about and how to get results. Because they were willing to put in the hard work, I was able to help them achieve major improvements in their mental health and lives in general, and achieve many of their personal objectives.

As an experienced coach and mentor within both personal and business settings, I can assist clients, with my support, to make significant change happen within their lives. I can work face-to-face or by email and telephone. I offer a supportive and motivating environment to explore what you want in life and how you might achieve your aspirations and fulfil their needs. By assisting you to commit to action and by being a sounding-board, I can provide the personal space and support you need to grow and develop. I will assist in providing the motivation and commitment needed to achieve your goals.

As a qualified and experienced counsellor, my therapeutical approach to counselling is integrative, with an emphasis towards Behavioural Psychology. Using different approaches enables me to adapt my counselling modality to your presenting problem. The approaches I am able to incorporate into your therapy include the Psychodynamic approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Hypnotherapy & Mindfulness among others. I offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, self-confidence and many other common conditions, as CBT is the therapy of choice within the NHS and is proven to have remarkable results within shorter timescales than many other therapies. For the ease of clients, I am able to offer sessions in your own home, where familiar surroundings can assist in the relaxation and speedier progression of therapy.
