Kevin is an amazing Personal Trainer. Friendly and vey motivating. He really shows that he cares. I had to stop due to personal issues but never lost contact with him and even after stopping he continued giving me tips and being present in my life. I could not recommend him enough.

He knows his stuff. His posts on supplements and appropriate recovery are spot on. Personally feel most supplements are unnecessary and can be obtained through a balanced diet. The three people can most likely be deficient in are vitamin d3, magnesium and omega 3. More...

Kevin has really helped to transform my training. He really knows his stuff in terms of how to adjust certain exercises for your body shape and makeup - using a wider stance to get the best range of motion for example, and guiding me on how to activate certain muscles for certain movements. I've learnt an awful lot in the 5 months i have been training with him and am very pleased with the strength i've gained and results i'm seeing. I would highly recommend Kevin! More...

Kevin has been great in adjusting my training to help get back to my running as was the initial objective for my training. I find myself more balanced and the running to be lot less an effort. He has also been great in adopting the training as needed due to changes in circumstances and helped me there recover from injuries that I had as a result of an car accident which I thought would severely disrupt my training. I really look forward to resuming the normal trajectory of our training after he threw help I've got overcoming such unforseen circumstances. More...

Kevin is not your regular PT. He is a mentor, a motivator, a friend. He goes above and beyond helping you set and achieve your goals. I chose Kevin as he has been the only trainer I've come across that looks at improving lifestyle one step at a time with no gimmicks or quick fixes.
I have an an active social life which includes eating out or after work drinks and I wanted a plan which meant that I wouldn't have to make too many comprimises to this. Kevin has helped me look at my longterm goals and how I can add changes without changing too much. As well as our training sessions, Kevin has always been on hand to answer any questions I have when at home or out and about and has also set up a social group with his clients so that we can share our experiences together.
So far I have dropped a dress size but most importantly, I have adopted healthier habits which are easy to maintain in the longterm which has been great.
Kevin is not a PT who would make you feel bad if you fell off the wagon but is instead very supportive and understanding that life happens and will look to help where he can. I would recommend him to a friend.

My experience with Kevin was great! It's easy to communicate with him as he is felxaible about timing. He helped maintaining my fitness level during my visit to London.

Ticked all my boxes! Kevin's alternative. He's dedicated in helping you get the best from yourself and your sessions. Kevin's advice, knowledge and enquiry delightfully exceeded my expectations.

Kevin gives time to talk about any queries and is available over the phone in between sessions. He listens to you as a whole- he's a really good listener and responds to what YOU need.

I was undergoing training after surgery, so his attentive care and thought for detail in my training programme was very important to me.
Kevin also prioritises other factors that impact on your fitness, health and wellbeing, including social aspects, your attitude and perceptions which tend to be overlooked but I found WERE the things holding me back from progressing physically.

There are very few people who have a clear thought process behind everything that they do, and very few people who are as dedicated to providing their clients with great results coupled with an education in maintaining their health benefits.



Kevin is one of those few!!



You have to appreciate his long term goal style and his honesty with his clients concerning their ability, growth, and goals. Kevin does not sell you a something that can never be achieved which speaks volumes about his integrity as a fitness professional. If I only had less family commitments, I would be happy to train under him any time.

I definitely recommend Kevin. It's great to have a personal trainer who encourages you to eat food that you enjoy and believes your social life is just as important. His trainings are very efficient, effective and fun. I learnt a lot of techniques over just a half a year and improving each time.
Kevin is very attentive, precise and professional. I enjoyed every session I had with him and if you are looking for someone who really cares then go for it!

Met Kevin few months ago and after the first trial session we had I decided to train with him and looking back 4 months later I'm very happy I made that decision. He respects my life choices, doesn't give useless advice or promotes extremism in diets, makes sure I give my best on every session, not to mention the training programmes he makes are fire!!! Also he's got a great personality which is essential if you want to enjoy your sessions. When approaching Kevin I'd say be yourself, don't try give a fake impression of yourself overall or your training. As mentioned above he tries to make everything enjoyable and not restrictive.
