My yoga class on a Thursday night is brilliant! I find the flow yoga a good challenge, with Kerri always making sure there are plenty of options for each section and it's definitely helped me relax more, sleep so much better on a Thursday night. I joined the yoga retreat Keri gave in Italy. Keri is an amazing and inspirational yoga teacher that brought so many new and valuable aspects to my yoga practice during our week in Tuscany. I didn’t know Keri before the retreat but fell in love with her spirit and smiles the moment I met her. I particular enjoyed her approach to a more flowing yoga style and all the good nuggets of knowledge she shared during the sessions. Apart from the Yoga sessions, the retreat in Italy was so well organised by her. I couldn’t have wished for anything more in a yoga retreat. I started going to classes with Keri just over a year ago and I haven't looked back! I absolutely love them! I had never done any yoga when I started and was concerned that I wouldn't be able to do it.
The way that Keri explains the different moves and the options within each position is really easy to follow.
I now go to a one to two class with her one a week. Her encouragement and teaching has got me doing things I never thought I'd be able to do.
If you're looking for someone dedicated, enthusiastic, excellent and knowledgeable then you've found her!

I started Yoga after joining Keri for one of her workshops at the beginning of the new year, I now go twice a week. I have tried other yoga styles before and never really found one that suited me. Keri's style flows from one move to the next and you before you know it your no longer a beginner.
