Fast intelligent and helpful service

We recently rented two storage units in Kent Space Ashford for 4 weeks while we were between houses.
Their facilities in Ashford are first class!
Our removal men said that it was the best storage facility that they have ever been to and they have been to plenty of storage units recently.
The whole place is so clean, it looks brand new!
The removal men also commented on the big, spacious sliding doors, huge lifts and ample trolleys which made their job easier when moving very large, heavy items.
The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Lily who booked us in and took us upstairs to look at the size of the units that were available. Lily’s customer service skills were exceptional, because we were so stressed at the time due to us being unable to find storage until just a couple of days before we were due to move, she assured us that it wasn’t a problem and was even able to find us a slightly larger unit than the one that we had ordered.
When we went back to get our locks and deposit we met Vicky who was also very helpful. Our deposit was returned the following day once the units had been checked out.
We would certainly recommend Kent Space Ashford for all your storage needs, either short term or long term. Their prices are very competitive and I can assure you that you will not find a better run, clean and user friendly storage facility.

If you are thinking of storage then do try looking at other places. This will allow you to see that Kent Space is the best all round for many reasons.
I have been with them a while now, and thank my lucky stars that I found them. The staff (Anita and Shannon) are very professional whilst being the most helpful people I have come across. Nothing is too much bother and they know how to return calls - which is rare these days. The units are well looked after, security is great, access is 24 hours and parking is available. Toilets and coffee. Boxes. And loads more.
When I looked at other places, they seemed good too until you went beneath the surface and found they were not as good as they seem.
They do offices as well and they look great. Wish I needed one !
I am a female, and I feel very safe with Kent Space, even through the night when I may want access. Do yourself a favour, use this company, it is honestly the best I found.
