How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
All garages are suitable but some require a bit more work.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Door removed and bricked up half way, window fitted, make completely water tight, floor water proofed, floor raised and insulated, walls and roof battened out and insulated, new lights and sockets, plaster board, plaster, 2nd fix carpentry, paint
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Most lofts can be converted subject to planning. Some may require a new roof if the pitch is low.
