I have nothing but the highest regard for Kennoh. They have cleaned, serviced and managed my Airbnb listing in my absence to the highest calibre.
Six months on and 57 guests later I have now been elevated to Superhost status. This could not have been done without their professionalism. I have 100% 5 star reviews for cleanliness and 92% 5 star reviews for overall experience .This is by no means an easy feat when you are away but Eddie said he would deliver and he did. He has responded promptly to all communication which is the key to success in the Airbnb industry and he and the staff at the office have gone that extra mile for me.
I had many negative experiences with other specialist companies in the area and so would wholeheartedly like to recommend and commend Kennoh. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable Airbnb servicing and support in Manchester, look no further. Heartfelt thanks!!

After my first 5 guests, I now have a 5 star listing with guest feedback on cleanliness, communication, check-in all at 5 star. This is by no means an easy feat when you are away but Eddie, Pat, Karen and the team delivered. These people are professionals. The apartment is the cleanest it's ever been and there is great attention to detail. Communication has been excellent and they have gone that extra mile for me. Domestic end of tenancy one off clean was selected,
2 cleaning staff and a supervisor ensured that the work was carried out to the highest standard, any inconsistency In the quality of work was quickly rectified.
