We got married on the 4th of December 2020, till today we haven't received the full wedding package we paid for. Right after our wedding, I recommended this videographer to my younger brother who got married on the 27nth December 2020 thinking he's a professional because of the way he presented himself but I got disappointed as my brother also did not receive his package. We've tried to communicate with him, but he doesn't respond instead he blue ticks messages and when he does respond after so long he makes empty promises . He never ignored messages when he wanted business but now that he has to deliver he ignores all communication. Also, be warned that he's a smooth talker. Shortly after he shot the two weddings he said he will send us letters apologizing for the delays but that never happened. We got his information from this professional videographer's site, but this videographer is not professional at all. Extremely disappointed, we don't recommend Ernest to anyone. More...

Good Day Kgahliso Sedibeng, we are sorry your experience of our service has been below par. Unfortunately due to the Covid 19 pandemic we have lost our videography team temporarily and thus have a video backlog from 2020. We have However resumed video services and even though 2021 and 2022 videos are unaffected our team is only able to address the 2020 backlog in March and April this year. We again apologize for the delay.

At first, I had a great experience with the photographer but it has become 2 years later, I haven’t received my albums. Tried calling him, he never answer. Texting him, I only get blue ticked no response. Disappointed More...

What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter,hence I've named my company after her, I've always been a person who documented memories,but when she was born i was inspired to document memories for others too. Such moments should never be forgotten.
