Q&As

Watching people flourish and change, seeing them create a purposeful and meaningful life has to be the most satisfying aspect of my role.

Recognising the power of authentic connection was my prime motivator. Additional benefits are having autonomy in my work, as I work with individuals and groups on a short to long-term basis, and being in a field where self-development happens at each interaction.

That's a hard question to answer! In addition to having undergone training with some of the best mentors in the therapy arena, I believe that my transparency, compassion and relational approach to therapy means I work collaboratively with clients to empower them. My modality is humanistic and I very much believe in being human in my work.

I offer sessions online or by phone in addition to in-person.

My office space is Covid-secure - I have a risk assessment and protocols in place. Details of which can be found here:

Services

Offering professional understanding and guidance to alleviate personal and/or psychological issues.

On average, couples wait 6 years before seeking support from a therapist. I offer weekly sessions if you find your relationship in crisis or as a way to improve communication and collaboration between partners.

I work with small groups (currently weekend group therapy) for anyone age 18+. Group therapy offers a space where you can share your story, focus on an aspect of personal development and find ways to relate to others.
