I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) based in South West Hampshire, England. I work from my own clinic in Woolston, Southampton.

I have over 30 years experience working in mental health and have been a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist for more than 20 years. I have been accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) since 2000. I am keen to keep myself up to date with developments within CBT by attending the annual BABCP conference along with many courses and workshops while maintaining my accreditation with regular training and supervision.

I provide individual therapy which can be either self-funded or paid for through insurance (e.g. BUPA, AXA PPP, Aviva etc). Please contact me for current fees (let me know if you would have any difficulties paying my fees. I will try to make therapy affordable for everyone where possible).
