I am sorry to see some of the comments I have read here. I work for Keller Williams and most of our agents are very professional, but obviously there are a few that are not. The company itself is one of the best Real Estate companies out there. I agree there should be professionalism on social media as well as some of the other comments I read. I am personally sorry you dealt with any of that. If you wanted to give a different Realtor a chance, again KW is a great brokerage.. you just needed a different Realtor in my opinion. The person you work with makes all the difference in the world! And the broker they work with just backs them up. I personally have worked with other Realtors that were not that professional and they work for all different companies, and it is super frustrating to me, so I can only imagine it is frustrating to the client.
