I go to see Keith from time to time to sort out my shoulders and lower back which I typically injure from weight-lifting (forget to 'block') and/or incorrect positioning of hands for press ups). His therapy is different because he practices Applied Movement Neurology. He speeds up my healing, sometimes in as little as 1-2 sessions (depending on the level of injury). We all want to go back to our active lifestyles so going to Keith fits in with that mindset. I should add that he's great for a laugh too so even though the session may be painful, it's fun at the same time. I am a keen footballer on the wrong side of 60 years of age but thought my playing days were over a couple of years ago when I suffered a recurrent calf strain. I visited a couple of private physios who would massage the area which would help in the short term, but after a few weeks I was in pain again. Fortunately, I heard about Keith Tucker from someone he had helped and decided to give him a try. I was desperate at this stage. Straightaway Keith’s approach was different from that of the other physios. Rather than just treat the symptom he was able to identify the underlying cause of my injury. After just 3 sessions with Keith I was able to resume playing 5-a-side again. He designed an exercise regime for me which I do on for 10 minutes daily.Two years and 300+ goals down the line I am playing football at least once a week together with tennis every weekend. Not only am I free from pain, but Keith’s treatment and exercise programme has also greatly increased my mobility so my sporting performance and general fitness has also improved.I would recommend Keith unreservedly. He really understands the importance of fixing people long term to enable them to lead a healthier life and to continue pursuing their sporting dreams. More...

The man is a legend. I have always had one foot in the gym but the results were mixed. Get shredded but week. Get strong but fat. As an ex serving member of the armed forces, I always thought I had my physical training and nutrition in balance, how wrong I was. I have recently completed the 8 week bespoke nutrition course with Keith Tucker, I now have a greater understanding of how my body accepts certain foods, more to the point by eating foods suited to my metabolic type, I have shed over a stone in weight. I haven't increased my cycling training, I've simply followed Keith's guidance. This is not a course about dieting, it's simply working out what food to put in to your system that works for your metabolic type. It's not what you eat, it's what you can digest and utilise as energy. The course is delivered in a friendly and approachable manner, Keith has extensive knowledge of the subject, and is extremely professional. I now know exactly what my body needs to feel energised, my sleep patterns are greatly improved and I feel stronger on the bike. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to manage their weight, no more yo yo dieting, or simply improve their health. I am progressing onto the coaching course and utilising Keith's Services as a personal trainer.

There's a reason why I travel 50 minutes, 3 times a week to see my Personal Trainer.... Because It's Keith Tucker!

Keith has coached me back to health from lower back injury, knee pain, nutritional deficiencies and numerous self-induced injuries!

I would whole heartedly recommend Keith and his team to anyone who's looking for results. I look forward to every session and the changes that my friends and family have observed in me have been undeniable.

I never had much confidence in my own ability when it came to fitness and training but Keith completely changed that! Training with Keith is always fun and positive where everyone is encouraged to achieve their potential. Keith's constant upbeat personality is exactly what you need after a long day at work and is very effective at motivating you to keep going. I personally love being in a small group as this makes you feel less under the spotlight and you form a real bond with the others so they help to motivate you through challenging workouts. Keith's groups are for people of all ages, shapes and sizes and for people with a range of different goals. Keith caters for everyone and his ability to multitask is outstanding! More...

Keith is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and patient. His talents extend well beyond the strength & conditioning you expect from PT into areas such as health, nutrition, cycling/power coaching, running and sport/event specific training plans.
