We had a Keepings Coach for a trip to the Excel in London on the 26th Sept. We had a gentleman in a wheelchair and two ladies with their mobility scooters. The ladies were just about able to get up the steps into the bus, but the wheelchair gentleman needed the hoist.
How awesome. The coach was immaculate and like brand new, comfy seats / seatbelts, stunning.
The centre of the bus opened up with a ramp/lift coming out and down for our wheelchair gentleman to be wheeled on and taken up to the seating floor of the coach. It was like an Alton Towers ride, he and the lady looking after him both enjoyed the exitement and all the fuss being made of him.
The toilet in the centre, downstairs part of the coach was also extremely clean.
Nothing was too much trouble for Phil, the Coach Driver. He had so much patience and had much kindness and respect for all the passengers. He was also immaculately dressed with a gleaming white shirt. His presentation showed the respect from the Coach company for those travelling with them.
We were able to use the microphone system going to London, we had a quiz and plenty of fun. On the way back, after everyone had tucked into their packed suppers, we had a lovely film. The sound was excellent and with several screens dotted around the Coach - everyone was able to view and fully enjoy the film.
Ten out of ten on every point for Keepings Coaches. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Shocking attitude on the driver ( kelly ) offering to fight and calling customers c**ts...plus no checks done on bus before departure and was found to have defective tyres by the police on a check before return journey, resulting in a 3 hour wait by the roadside for change of said tyre
