I don't even know where to start! I let Hope know that we were getting married about 6 months before the date and she just took off with it. From that point on it was smooth sailing. Hope helped me come up with a budget and even gave me a time frame to have certain tasks completed. She also got me in touch with a fantastic photographer who was so personable and insightful. Hopes ideas were fantastic and her hard work and passion really showed the day of. Her staff was very professional and polite, they really helped make my guests happy. I contacted Hope for help with planning my wedding. I let her know what I was aiming for. A little wedding with my closest friends and family so it was going to be under 100 people! After discussing the details I had in mind she gave me a couple of options. One being the wedding planning binder she offers that comes with extras! I received my binder today and it is more then I could have hoped for! I went from not knowing where to start to feeling like I have it all at my fingertips! It came personalized to my vision and needs! From budget worksheets to questions you should be sure to ask! I am beyond thankful for the opportunity Hope has given me to DIY my wedding without feeling lost! All I can say is wow! I recently got married on 12/22 and we were looking for an event planner to help with the decorations (including set up and take down) for our intimate wedding. I used Hope for the day of my wedding. She did not miss a beat. She drove 2 hours away to take care of all of the day of wedding needs. She took charge of the reception and made it look more beautiful than I could have imagined, and she helped keep the day flowing smoothly. My husband and I had been engaged a few months before I reached out to Hope after winning a really awesome wedding gift package from Keep It Calm Events. Honestly I didn’t really know I needed her until I met with her, and we are SO THANKFUL we had her! I’ve known Hope for years, so knowing the specific (in my brain but vague otherwise lol) vision I had for my day, I already knew she was going to understand and deliver but now that the wedding is over we were so impressed. I can honestly say our wedding day would not been even a percentage as amazing if it weren’t for her! She decorated BEAUTIFULLY with everything we had given her and had the best complimentary pieces to offer to make it even nicer. She is a total boss at dealing with vendors, family, and BRIDES. You are her #1 and she deals with that seemlessly. Between decorating, rehearsing, day of coordinating and breakdown, to even making sure I stayed hydrated, she rocked. She literally always remains calm, and collected and in charge and that was exactly what I needed. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I hired Hope from Keep it Calm Events for breakdown/cleanup and I'm so glad I did! She was prompt and went to work right away even though it was some issues with boxes and decorations being messed up on my end. My mother had even brought potted plants which we werent expecting her to handle but she did anyway! They also delivered all the decorations to my mother's house while I was away on my honeymoon, which i was super impressed by. Thank you Hope! More...
