I can't speak highly enough of Keen. Mike, Rick, and the team have helped us out tremendously and completely changed our opinion of the marketing/design consulting industry.
We've had plenty of experience with projects that have gone over budget and over time (even more costly), but the Keen team has not only been the first to nail their deadlines but also save us a lot of headache with unnecessary work.
As a business owner, it's refreshing to deal with other business owners who treat your project as their own. They actually talked us out of a couple things we wanted to do (that would have made them more money) and we're very grateful for the ideas and suggestions they shared from their experience (like the mailer campaign, which we were convinced wouldn't work.) It's safe to say we're never using anyone else.
