I most definitely recommend this Beautiful Queen, she is beyond talented. She stepped in at the last minute when our other caterer dropped out. Her food was off the chain amazing and oh so delicious. What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish are my salmon tacos. As simple as they are, everyone raves over them and keeps coming back for more!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The perfect menu is a menu that is tailored specifically to my client's needs and their event. I start by asking as many questions as possible about your budget, and your event, and once I have all of the information that I need, I tailor a menu specifically or your wants and needs.
What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is the satisfaction of someone who has just eaten a meal I have prepared for them. I love when my clients have thoroughly enjoyed everything I have cooked and are raving about how good everything was.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love doing this on my own terms. I love being able to create the foods I want and am proud to create. I love the flexibility of running your own business and I love creating my own future doing exactly what I love to do!
