We got the keys to our first home last Friday, Vicky even came to drop the keys off to us at the property which I thought was so lovely and the little box we received from Keable homes was a lovely touch, it’s always the little things🥰 Everyone would always tell us how stressful the process would be buying our first home, however it has been so quick and easy from start to finish! And the help we have received from Vicky has been amazing. Vicky goes above and beyond and she is fantastic at her job, she has even answered our questions out of hours and measured up for us when we weren’t there. We recently used this family run business to sell our grandfathers home, It was a difficult time for everyone but the treatment and support we got through every process was absolutely outstanding. . Anything that was said would be done was delivered on time with no chasing. Any viewing we’re done when said with no fuss. Paper work was explained clearly and all fees were exactly what was paid.. Finally moved into our new forever home this week and have to say what a fantastic estate agents they are. Victoria was so caring and understanding from start to finish in selling my home. I have anxiety and she showed such empathy and really made the early stages feel anxiety free. Throughout all the problems we had with our solicitor Gardner, Iliff & Dowding, she went that extra mile trying to push them and help us when they were using Covid to be inefficient. What a fantastic, lovely person she is, a real credit to Keable. Then to Sara who stepped in at the end when yet again things were failing at the final hurdle.
