Decent tiling job done however the quote did go up by £100 in the middle of the work being done. Tiler (Karl) kindly offered to put up our new bathroom mirror but unfortunately broke it in the process. Offered to pay for a new replacement (£60) the following week. Don't use this tiler! He is a waste of time.

He responded very quickly to come out and quote, once getting a few more quotes else where we decided to go ahead with him. We got a date in the diary, the day before he rang to say it was raining at his house and was worried about road conditions for the following morning. He said he would call us first thing to confirm he was coming, we didn't get any communication until my husband chased him. He then said oh we have had 4 inches of snow and I'm snowed in, and that he would be there first thing the following day. Again, no show. We didn't chase him this time, as we thought whats the point we will only be let down again. Thank god it was lockdown and we hadn't booked time off work for him to not show! More...
