I started working with Chad 1 year ago this month.I was trying to get my body prepared for a total hip replacement the next month. I could not stand or walk properly due to the consistent pain, that had been going on for 2 years. Chad was great at working within my limitations and at the same time strengthening me while increasing my endurance for the best possible preparation for major surgery. I worked out with Chad from June of 2016 through September of 2021. He helped rebuild my body from years of running and disordered eating, helping me gain muscle, strength, and confidence. Thanks to him, I became stronger and healthier than I had been in my whole life. When I got pregnant with my daughter, he continued to train me until a few weeks before I gave birth, keeping me strong and helping to ensure I was healthy during my pregnancy. I signed up for his service. Not much communication once on boarded. Thought there was a library of workouts but just him showing moves and ad is annoying. Canceled in 5 days and no weekly check in meeting. paid $199. Has satisfaction guaranteed for full refund within 30 days. told me it would be 2 weeks for refund. The refund I received was half what I paid. I have sent multiple messages for 5 days with not 1 response. I would not recommend and communication is less than par in his capacity of a trainer and nutritionist. Save your money. More...

I came to Chad after 3 years of running/working out on my own. I played soccer at a D1 school and so had pretty decent knowledge of what I needed to do/technique to workout however I was feeling frustrated that my fitness had plateaued - its a lot harder to do it w/o someone there to push you, ya know :). I knew I needed to have someone who could push me and give me a different training to my routine. I was hesitant/unwilling to pay for a gym membership, as I wouldn't have the responsibility to show up, plus I am not a fan of crowds so I knew a one on one was what I was needing. So I looked up trainers in the KC area and Chad was by far the highest/best rated trainer (bonus pts I lived near the studio). So I called Chad and setup a meeting with him. Since Chad had mentioned about offering couples training session, I convinced my best friend (who didn't have much experience in lifting) to come join me!! And let me tell you, Chad was the perfect for both of us. He customized my training every session to keep things interesting and challenging for me. Additionally he was able to keep up with my energy and also match/customize the training for my best friend as well! I have been working out with Chad for just under a year now. From the first consultation with him, I was impressed with his knowledge of exercise physiology and his personal approach to me as a client. He listened to what my goals were and has crafted a workout regimen to achieve those goals. Not only does he focus on physical activity, but he also provides me with regular nutritional advice and reminds me that fitness is more than just reps. I've been going to Chad for about 3.5 months. At 57 years old, my goals were to lose some weight, get strong in my upper and lower body, and core. I also needed to work in some cardio. Chad's 55 minute workouts encompass strength, cardio, stretching/flexibility, and yoga. My workouts, combined with following Chad's guidelines on diet, have really made a difference. It's not a quick weight loss program. I've lost about 10 lbs., but my body feels and looks different. I've also had chronic knee issues since my college days. I had knee surgery 2 years ago and haven’t fully trusted my knee since. My hubby and I have been seeing Chad for 8 weeks now. I’ve nicknamed him “The Sadist”, to which he replies “Thank you and you’re welcome”. lol I went to a week long conference in a convention center that is 2.1 MILLION square feet. Lots and lots of walking, up and down stairs, catwalks, and start/stops on a dime (40 thousand people at the convention!). Several weeks ago, I set out to find a personal training for my wife and me.We had both gained a considerable amount of weight over the years and we needed something to give us a kickstart to becoming healthy again. My wife had received knee surgery a year or two earlier, so I knew if we were going to do this I had to find the right trainer.After carefully reading reviews I decided to give Chad a call and scheduled an interview.During the interview the first thing I noticed was Chad’s attentive nature. He asked questions about our fitness goals and most importantly he listened.The initial workouts were slow, steady and carefully measured which was exactly what we needed.Each week the training becomes a little more challenging but never to a point where were in pain after the session.I believe we’re on week twelve of our workouts and I could not be happier with our success. I have been working with Chad since early 2014. I have been doing 1-2 private sessions a week. I am very pleased with my workouts and the results. I am in my early 50's and haven't been in this good of shape in years. I was working out on my own before working with Chad. He has many ways to safely get the best exercises and workouts for you. There is a lot of focus on core strength and balance. I will admit that I am tough to impress. I am an Orthopaedic surgeon and have seen plenty of exercise related injuries over the years. The first step in the online fitness coaching process is to learn more about you and your goals through an initial complimentary video chat or phone consultation.
Once I have gathered all your information, I will recommend one of my coaching programs that best fits your budget and goals.
Regardless if you move forward with me, I will send you a recap of our discussion with immediate action items to follow.
Once we agree on what program makes the best sense, I will send you an invoice.

The first step in the process is to do an initial complimentary consultation, discuss your goals, do a body composition and nutrition assessment, and develop an action plan. I train most of my clients twice a week, but I can put together other training options where you can train more frequently with me or do workouts on your own. I provide online workouts, which are included in my training fee. Also included in the training fee, I provide nutritional coaching and other nutritional resources. I do a re-evaluation of your progress every 30 days to make sure you are heading in the right direction and to make changes to your program if needed.
