Hi, I recently went to see Kyle at KB Sports Therapy, his knowledge base and services are top quality! I'd definitely recommend him, I had some muscular tightness in my neck and lower back. I had been having intense stiffness and pain in my calves whilst running and so I thought I would try a sports massage. Kyle gave me a series of strengthening exercises for my calves to complete along with the massage. The hour long massage worked wonders! Although quite stiff immediately after, the next day my calf muscles felt more flexible. I then completed my first 10k run since the massage and gained a pb due to the fact that my calves barely stiffened at all through the run! I've suffered with lower back pain for other a year. I was recommended by a friend to see Kyle, KB Sports Therapy, for advice. I started with some PT lessons to help me address the problems.I learned some new, and still currently used daily stretching techniques. How to warm up and cool down before training and how to manipulate the injured area.I have also had two physio session involving massage of the lower back and two back cracking procedures.My improvement with my back is unbelievable and now I feel i have a lot more mobility, especially first thing in the morning.Kyle is very professional and informative in his approach. The aftercare is also very good, Kyle checking that I'm still following all his advice.KB Sports therapy is unique from most, kyle is fully equipped to work with all people whether it be weight loss, sports injuries, body sculpture or food nutrition. After injuring my back at work due to daily heavy lifting I was in slot of pain, I messaged Kyle in the morning and I was seen the same day, he assessed my back then massaged, stretched and cracked my back I left feeling relieved and have been back training in the gym since, nice one I appreciate the help mate.

Having suffered with my lower back for the last 2 and half years and working with my Chiropractor for the last 12 months, I felt that it was time to start exercising again. After a number of false starts with exercise I felt that I needed someone who understood the problems with my back and could help me back to fitness and allow me to start running again. When I found Kyle we discussed the problems that I had and he spoke with my Chiropractor on the treatment I had been receiving to get a full understanding of the problems I had experienced.Training with Kyle is fun yet challenging and all the exercises are focused on strengthening the weakness in my back. It is so good to be able to do intense training again and I am finally getting my exercise bug back without any pain and have started running again, which is a great result. I have been to Kyle at KB Sports Therapy twice . Once for a shoulder injury and most recently after hurting my back. Kyle got me in very quickly . He massaged, manipulated and taped my back.. This guy works miracles I'll never use anyone else. I see Kyle at least twice a month. He's very professional, nice calm relaxed atmosphere. Any questions you have he has the answers. I always manage to get more pbs after a massage. This time he minipulated my spine and I tell you what my god I feel brand new. This guy is the only person in stoke on Trent I'd use. I was introduced to Kyle through a friend after I obtained soft tissue damage and a strain to the popliteus muscle due to an over exertion. Although this injury was minor compared to some, I had spent a month in pain and severe discomfort and with limited movement.During my initial meeting with Kyle, my injury was assessed and a plan of action devised, all of which was explained to me throughout. It was evident throughout this process that Kyle's knowledge within this field was extensive.On receiving the treatment I found Kyle to be extremely professional . Remarkably, the improvement to my flexibility was astounding! I was suffering with a lot of pain in my left shoulder and arm that I had sustained from a cow kicking it at work. After a month of living on pain killers and almost no movement in it I was advised to contact Kyle by a friend. I rang him up and he managed to fit me in very late on a Friday as that was the only time I could get to him due to other commitments I had. It was soon ascertained by Kyle that i had muscle damage in my minor pectoral and deltoid. Kyle has massaged the muscles, developed a strength and rehab program to increase the range and mobility. I have had 3 sessions with him so far and it feels better than ever. Due to the damage this is an ongoing program. I have been to see Kyle on a number occasions with different issues(knee, hamstring, back) Most recently being my back which has been playing up after gym/work. I went to Kyle about a month ago after injuring my knee playing football. I literally couldn't walk and was on crutches. After being initially assessed by A&E, I was told that it was soft tissue damage and I would be able to start playing again in a months time - this turned out to be more serious than first thought. First meeting with Kyle he assessed me and told me what I had done into which he went with great detail, which was assuring as I was struggling to walk still. After the first week seeing him twice he began to break down the swelling and I could really start telling the difference. The next few times seeing him - it began to get better and better one week not being able to walk the next doing jumping lunges and being more comfortable. This past week I have been able to start out running again and light training with the ball. Can't believe my progress, 100% recommend to anyone - can't thank you enough pal!! More...

Having suffered the aftermath of left and right Achilles' tendon injury that I left untreated, I struggled to run, stand for long periods, or even walk properly after a period of rest. I took a visit to KB Sports Therapy for a professional consultation to see if they could help. KB Sports therapy firstly assessed the extent of the damage in order to tailor make a recovery plan personal to me. Staff were friendly, supportive and very professional. I was given a proper diagnosis, a series of effective exercises and a sports massage on both legs. Since listening and taking on board the advice from KB Sports therapy I have significantly improved my injuries and am now able to start running again, my aches and pains have drastically improved following the treatment and advice I was given, and my legs are less tight after periods of rest. Where to begin....after suffering with lower back pain and a frozen shoulder, I knew I had to get some expert help. I had been having physio on the nhs for over a year and felt I hadn't achieved hardly anything. After seeing Kyle, I can honestly say he is amazing. He explained everything from start to finish, and gave me different exercises to strengthen my back and shoulder. Even when I couldn't do one of the exercises due to my frozen shoulder, Kyle was very polite and professional and adapted the exercise for me. Iv got a lot more out of seeing Kyle than I thought I would, he has even encouraged me and continues to supported me to loose weight. I never went to Kyle for this but he has such a positive attitude and is very approachable and encouraging.I would highly recommend this gent to all, he has a wide range of knowledge, excellent manner and definitely knows his stuff. I had Kyle for personal training as I was experiencing lower back pain and wanted to improve my Glutes and Core. He showed me the correct way to do this and it was very beneficial as now I don't have half as much back pain, I found him very patient and friendly I have had a few personal trainers and I can honestly say he's the best.

Kyle really helped me with my weight and training after having a baby. he was very supportive and gave me great support and advise and was always on the end of the phone if i needed him! Kyle as really helped me build & firm my glutes & core as I was suffering with lower back pain and since I have trained this area I can really feel a difference, I have got to say he is really friendly and very helpful.
