The reason for my rateing is.The lady in question did not ,finish the cleaning,i gave her three hours to clean my 1 bedroom flat? The hoovers battier needed charging,so i gave her other jobs to do. She left dishes in sink,also left thing all other the place in bathroom,after shed washed the floor.she told me ,she was given 2hrs to clean a4 bedroom house,she could not clean mine in 2.She did not come back she didnt let me know.Very un happy with her. hi patricia, im sorry you felt the need to give me a bad review however i did finish everything you asked me to do and i also asked before leaving if there was anything else you would like me to do! also i didnt leave anything in the bathroom all over as u stood there and watched me the full time i was in there, i understood while i was there why you have had so many cleaners. Not using cleaning product and only a dish cloth will not get the results you want for a clean home im afraid. i wish you all the best for the future and hope you find someone soon.

I don’t supply mops I do not think it’s hygienic to use them for different ppls houses also same with hoover
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to work around my children has to be the best thing.
