After three agonizing months of interviewing various contractors I was referred to Kayo Builder Inc. by an old friend. I asked Craig Linch, owner of Kayo Builder Inc. to come out for an estimate. He was a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional guy. Craig spent a considerable amount of time in my home discussing the project (most of the other people I interviewed spent as little time as possible with me due to their supposed busy schedule) and answered every single question I had. Soon after, Craig provided me with a detailed quote. Keyword here is detailed. Each task (demolition, rough carpentry, electrical, HVAC, drywall, finish carpentry, painting, and flooring) was broken down into specific sub-tasks and prices. None of the other quotes I received provided anything other than a 1-paragraph summary and total price. A few days later, I called Craig and told him that he had won my business. He was appreciative of this fact, thanked me for selecting his company, and we agreed on a start date. I'll spare you the detail of the work performed, but I will tell you that the end result was excellent, and that I am 100% satisfied. I had the most amazing experience with this company. I dealt with many different contractors in the past and had some bad experiences. Kayo is really different. They performed on time and on budget! Unbelievable!! The quality of my new home way exceeds my expectations and it looks beautiful. They are pleasant to deal with and very honest. I'm beyond excited with my experience! I can't say enough great things about Kayo Builder Inc.! Craig Linch, and the team are by far the most professional, competent and courteous builders I have ever worked with! From all the bids I had received, Kayo Builder Inc. was by far the best bid and the most detailed. Craig completed the work on a demanding timeline and talked me through every step of the process, ensuring my satisfaction. Remodeling is indeed a big undertaking. We are very happy to have Craig on our side to build a place where we could call our lovely home. They did a phenomenal job… I'm amazed and definitely will recommend to anyone. Thank you Kayo Builder Inc., for the wonderful service and quality of workmanship you have provided during the construction of our home. Best thing I ever did for my home was to call Craig!!! My house and my quality of enjoyment of it, and my view of what a contractor can be, have completely and utterly changed. I could tell from the moment he came over to do the bid he was great, and he only exceeded all my expectations throughout the job. The entire remodel from start to finish was completely done in no time to my surprise. That included Craig’s team at Kayo arranging for all necessary inspection and permit expediting etc. We never had to worry about any of it! Craig was there every step of the way, from design to finishing touches, and we could not have done it without him.
