I've always been a skeptic about having to pay for professional photo's vs using my iphone or a cheap digital camera to meet my photography needs, admitting when I'm wrong is even more difficult for me ; )That being said, after taking a leap of faith from being disappointed by other photographers I've used in the past on rare occasions, I have to say I was left completely speechless at the end of every session with Kayla and her staff. The level of professionalism, skill, attention to detail, quality of equipment, the rate at which I would receive a reply via email or by phone and how punctual and accommodating Kayla and her staff were especially when it came to evening or weekend shoots was simply amazing. Kayla Photography has certainly set a new benchmark for quality customer service!! When I stepped into her studio, no exaggeration, I felt I was on a movie set (not that I've ever been on one) but you'll be hard pressed not to say "wow" when you walk in. The studio is just beautifully decorated! My girlfriend and I contacted Kayla to have pictures taken of our daughter to celebrate her first birthday. From beginning to end, Kayla was simply amazing. She is a professional and passionate photographer that not only has an amazing eye and undeniable talent for great shots, but has a joyful and positive demeanor that makes the photoshoot an immensely pleasant and fun experience! She was absolutely amazing with our daughter, taking the time to get the perfect shots. She was punctual, responded to our emails and phone calls promptly, and was well prepared for the shoot which made the experience all the more enjoyable. When we got to see the pictures she took, we were simply floored by her talent for lighting and editing. Her pictures of our daughter perfectly captured the joy our little girl brings to our family. At no point during the whole process were we ever felt rushed or pressured. Kayla is clearly focused on customer service and made sure we were completely satisfied with the experience, the pictures and our purchase.
