I've been training with Kayden since summer 2018 and he's one of the best in the city. He's extremely knowledgeable and pushes safety first and foremost, even when it means lifting less or focusing more on mobility (not as exciting but just as important). He listens to my health needs and understands when I've been working late at work everyday and couldn't get my workouts in (there's no guilt trips). I've been working with Kayden for just 7 or 8 weeks and am already seeing great results! For me, Kayden focuses on training good form so that it becomes automatic and on developing core strength and stability. I've been able to apply what I've learned to improve other workouts - spinning and boot camps. Kayden is very patient, respectful and encouraging and I always feel comfortable trying new things. I have been a client of Kayden's since 2016. I have had past trainers who focused exclusively on programming "cookie cutter routines. " Kayden takes a very holistic approach toward his training by including diet and lifestyle into the broader training program. What inspired you to start your own business?
After experiencing the commercial side of big-gym fitness training and athletics for years, I realized I could provide far superior services to my clients independently.
