I am a private caterer based in Virginia Water and working in surrounding areas. My experience and knowledge is vast and I cater for many different tastes and cuisines – I’ve travelled the world and lived in various different countries, so my expertise is varied – I specialise in Indian, Malaysian, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian, French, Italian, Persian and British cuisine.

We've just had the BEST Thai green chicken curry we've ever had, courtesy of Kay's Kitchen! I truly appreciated Kay's willingness to cater for our family's requirements, dividing the portions into "mild" and "hot" for our varying tastes. Q&A

I have so many! Because I have lived in so many different countries and cooked all over the world, it's hard to pin it down to just one. However, being Malaysian means that's where my roots are and so this is the cuisine I really love - Beef Rendang is my favourite dish to make

Creating the perfect menu is all about listening to the client's needs. Some clients know exactly what they want and so I deliver to the best of my ability, and then some. For those that don't know what menu they want, it's my job to inspire them and offer enticing suggestions.

I love so many aspects but the parts that really excite me are the cooking and the feedback.

I was born in Malaysia, to a large family of strong women all interested in food and cooking. I’ve travelled the world and lived in various different countries - I’ve attended the Sydney Seafood School in Australia, I’ve taught Indian cooking in Belgium, I developed internationally flavoured recipes whilst living in Switzerland, France, New York and England. When you combine that background, a love of travel and a passion for food, it ignites something special.

When I cook and get amazing feedback, it makes it all worthwhile. I love what I do and that fact others love it pleases me greatly.

As above, food has been a part of my family since I was little, so I was brought up by passionate women who loved food and cooking - it was inevitable that I get involved and love it as much as I do.

To deliver my services to other people and have them enjoy the experience as much as I love creating it, is simply amazing.

I cook with passion and always give the client an exceptional experience. My offer is bespoke and so I am able to meet the clients needs, at a competitive price that suits their budget.

Services

With my passion for food and cuisine, I want to be able to share my knowledge and skill to teach other people. I have successfully run courses for teenagers leaving home for University and soon I will be offering students the opportunity to learn cooking skills in preparation for their Duke of Edinburgh award.
