Found this company on yelp and I'm glad I did. I needed a "move out cleaning service" and they were by far the cheapest on island. The owner , Kaui came to the residence and conducted a survey and gave me an estimate the very same day I contracted her. Kaui was great to communicate with and honestly relieved a lot of stress with this move since I knew her company was going to clean the place. On the day of the cleaning, Kaui and her crew were right on time. They were very professionally and cleaned out the place really well. They cleaned out places I didn't even know were dirty. I was calling everyone on yelp, because I needed a cleaning appt a week out to sell our townhouse, and Kaui's kleaners was the only one who really responded back to me.  Very nice and she fit me into her schedule.  They did a great job on my bathtubs and kitchen, and listened to all of my concerns of what I needed to get done.  They even took off the light fixtures above my oven and overhead kitchen lights.  I was planning to change out the light bulbs anyways, but I really didn't want to take it off myself because its been up there so long.  Anyway great job, thank you, Nolan. I'm so glad to have found Kaui's Kleaners! I had been struggling to find cleaners that would respond to my inquires, but Kaui responded promptly and came over to give me a quote the same day. I needed a rush cleaning for the next day and she managed to fit me into her busy schedule. Her team worked very efficiently. When I came home, my kids and I were amazed at the transformation! We had our first cleaning experience with Kaui's Kleaners. They did an amazing job on our home. Her crew is very professional and friendly. My kids bathroom looks brand new. Our master bath had red dirt stains that they were able to get off. Everything from top to bottom was done. Windows, blinds, floors, bathrooms, etc. I saw no flaws and didn't have to do any touch ups myself. My husband now wants to hire them for a bi weekly cleaning,lol. I am very pleased with Kaui's Kleaners.  For over a decade we have had been spoiled by having our home cleaned by  women who we trusted and have become great friends with. When they both retired, we were at a loss for a replacement.  We interviewed several different vendors but we're quickly turned off by either their lack of follow through or their unwarranted high prices. We were at a loss. Then, we found Kaui.  Down to earth. Honest and professional but with a local flair. My wife and I felt comfortable almost instantly. On her first day, Kaui was here on time, and did a great job from top to bottom including dusting every horizontal edge that they could reach. She did a great job on our stove, all the bathrooms, and more. Her price is very fair and, as I said before, we are very pleased to have her service our home.  We have decided to hire her on a regular basis and look forward to working with her in the years to come. I scheduled a move-out cleaning with Kaui's company. Loved the cleaning Kaui and her team did for my 1 bedroom apartment. They did everything ! Cleaned my floor to ceiling windows, my filthy refrigerator, my bathroom, and even wiped down the furniture and cleaned my vents.I have to admit I was a bit anxious because of the earlier schedule snafu and bit of delay in arrival. But they were so friendly and finished the grade A cleaning in an hour and a half. (There were 3 people cleaning my 600 sq ft apartment. I would have done it myself but...... I'm just plain lazy! My house was in need of some TLC which I didn't have the time, energy, or desire to give it, so I had to swallow my pride and get help. Kaui had great communication, even when she had to reschedule my quote walkthrough. She arrived on time and she and her crew got right to work. She tackled my kitchen and her son went into Beast Mode in my bathroom. The third crew member did a great job transforming my teenage daughters room and taking care of the spare room. Kaui has just started cleaning our Airbnb which is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home. The house looks absolutely fantastic once her and her crew are done! They work hard and efficient and are able to get in and out quickly to allow for same day check-ins and checkouts. They even fold the towels in a seashell pattern which we love. It looks very resort-like. She's the 3rd cleaning company we've used and we are so thrilled to have found them and plan to continue using them on all of our bookings. Had to book an appointment last minute, which they accommodated. They did a cleaning of the entire interior to include steam cleaning the carpets in just 2 hours. They had a team of four people, which got the job done fast.Pricing was highly competitive, and they got stains out that I thought for sure were going to linger around. Kaui had a very charismatic attitude. I never felt rushed or pushed by her. With cleaners you usually get a lot of attitude, but I got the opposite from her. It was a good experience, and I even saw her doing mentorship on the job as well.Its good to see business owners that dont take it all upon themselves and provide employment opportunities for others. Let's just start when i first contacted the business.  I got a call from the owner within an hour and she came by pretty quick to give me a quote.  I was able to schedule my cleaning for the following week. It's a family run business but it doesn't mean it's a mom n pop style of service tho. I was very impressedThey were very professional and cleaned my home amazingly. They have attention to detail (especially the owner). They even worked around my dog who was following them and to play. :)I have a 3 br home (approx. 2000 sqft) and they were done within 3/3.5 hours, including shampooing my carpets. My updated review, it's been two years later and we're still very pleased with Kaui and the crew. They're still making us happy every time we get home after cleaning that I usually text to thank them. Kaui and her crew are life savers! After moving out I started to clean our place to get it ready for our renters.  I attempted to clean one bathroom and threw in the towel. I told my husband I wanted to hire cleaners because I couldn't clean the whole house to my expectations by myself in the amount of time we had before the renters came.  I was already so tired from moving and now I had to clean this place from top to bottom and watch two kids at the same time? No way, it's going to take me forever! I looked up several cleaners on yelp and Kaui's Kleaners had comparable prices to the other cleaners I called and they were able to come before the renters were moving in.  Even though they did come late to our appointment because someone from their crew called in sick, they stayed until they were done and even went back in to clean it to my expectations.  That was the best money I've ever spent! I couldn't ask for the best cleaning company in town. A last minute request saved me from another company who confirmed and cancelled. I was pressed for time and need to have deep cleaning done with incoming guests the next day. They were a team of professionals and started to clean up from top to bottom, kitchen, bathroom , living room, dining room area was spotless, I am very particular with how things are cleaned and had experienced with other cleaning company. Kaui was the first person to contact first after inquiring to three other companies. She was able to come down to give us a estimate and shortly after we scheduled for a cleaning. . Here's the low down, Kaui cleaned a family house, which was used for a rental. The previous tenants did not take care of the house; therefore, mildew started to grow in the bathroom and the kitchen was infested with roach feces. My family and I literally cried when we saw the house because the house wasn't movable or safe to live in. Just imagine, dumping your trash can of rubbish throughout the house, or picture a scene from hoarders, that is how the house looked like.. So basically, Kaui and her lovely crew cleaned the house and focused in areas that needed the most love, which was the bathroom and kitchen.. When the cleaning was done, my family and I were so happy. The bathroom looked better and I could see the walls, the white walls, hahah.. The kitchen didn't have roach feces and the walls were scrubbed really well, the house has white walls now.. I couldn't be any happier with the hard work they put in. Kaui and her crew worked really hard and it shows.. Now that it's clean, we can start repainting the entire house, add floors, and everything else we need to make the house the way we want it.. I called around trying to get cleaning move out quotes and Kauai was the only one who came out to do one in person. She was so nice and professional but the cleaning crew really did a great job. They got there 2 hours early to make sure they could do a great job. I forgot to ask for an itemized invoice so we could show our landlord what the clean included, and she was kind enough to send it to me within the hour. Kaui's crew was a blessing to have. A very down to earth family with an exceptional work ethic. Every person on the five man team that tackled the monstrous mess left behind to me by the other tenants did what they do best, even though it was from super late on a Friday night! AWESOME! Job well done.Had Kaui's come and do a whole house cleaning for my very first time and was very impressed. Don't tell mom. She came a couple days before to give me a quote for my four bedroom, three full bath, large closed in patio, newly renovated kitchen & appliances, and even clean my open beam living & dining room chandelier & ceiling fan. I also asked about my windows, she said no problem and ask if I wanted them to fold the cloths in laundry room too.By just watching her go through my whole house looking & touching things as well as explaining what they can do I was very existed to get it done.It wasn't till a day after job we got to see what was done, the bathrooms were spotless, bedrooms carpet was fully and everything was dusted, wiped down & straightened up including dinning & living room.
