I guess you can say I may be a bit bias because I've know Rodney for years but I have to say that he'd give his shirt off his back for people. He's a genuine guy who cares deeply for others to watch them grow. He's put his blood, sweat and tears into not only his business but his fighters as well. He struggles so they won't be without. If you are looking for a genuine coach that will put the same time and effort in as you then he's your guy. I'll tell you this...it's not about the money. It's so much more than that.

He wants you to win if you choose to fight. It pains him if you lose and especially when the fight results were unfair. He wants you to meet you weight goals whether it's weight loss or gain. He's all about personal growth and development. I've watched him change lives. I've seen him sorrowed over losses but determined to aid fighters in improvement and support. You'll be family because he cares that much. He works even outside business hours. This is just who he is. He's old school and his word is his honor. I'm proud to say I know him and though I'm behind the scenes, every penny I've invested in helping him succeed, while helping the fighters, is worth it. Went to train here the other day and left impressed by the facility and owner's, Rodney, training philosophy - no short cuts, ground up, and hard work.  Rodney was able to quickly identify sparring partners I could work with and upcoming tournaments that would be available for competition.  Whether you are just trying to get in shape and take fitness classes or a professional looking for a place to get your work in - KBC will have something to offer you to meet those goals. On a whim, my son and i stopped by to find out about the place. We met with Rodney, the owner. Real nice guy, looked me straight in the eye as he spoke (that's important to me) and invited us for a trial period. We're starting Monday!
