My company offers personal training on a 1:1 basis or in pairs or groups. I train people of all ages and abilities anytime, anywhere within the South West London area. More specifically covering Richmond across to Wandsworth Common. I believe that exercise can be fun, whilst also achieving results. Katie has been training me for he past couple of years. I can't recommend her enough. She has been so encouraging and helped me setting goals which are reachable and then making sure I do it! I am so much fitter and stronger and feel a million times better about myself.

I have been training with Katie for some time now and she's honestly the best trainer I’ve ever had. I’ve always hated exercise, but Katie has really helped me to find things that I enjoy and am good at, meaning I now (almost) enjoy it. I’ve noticed a vast improvement in my fitness levels and everything feels just that little bit firmer! She has been really encouraging and motivating keeping the right balance between pushing me out of my comfort zone, but knowing when to not take it too far. Katie draws up a written programme when starting training, which really helps between sessions to keep it up. It’s great to have the flexibility to train at home or out in the park, taking away the doom of heading to the gym. Having personal training sessions with Katie has massively boosted my confidence and mental wellbeing too, can’t recommend highly enough!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The first part of what I do is about goal setting. Before I agree to train a client we spend some time discussing what you ultimately want to achieve from your personal training sessions. There is no goal too ambitious, its all about keeping you on track with regular progress measures.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The secret is.....there is no secret.
Its all about hard work and persistence.
As the old saying goes, you can't out train a bad diet. So my advice would be, eat right, train hard - around 3+ times a week and ANYTHING is possible and achievable.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the fact that I actually get to make a positive difference to people's lives. I am privileged to help them reach their goals and I get to meet people from all different walks of life. There is never a dull moment with what I do.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always wanted to run my own business. I like the idea of being my own boss and offering the best service possible. I spent some time working for a corporate gym and it just made me realise how I could do a better job on my own.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose me because I offer something which is not the 'bog standard personal trainer!'
I have a personality and I'm not the intimidating, clip board type trainer. I like to motivate, inspire and encourage clients to train hard but have fun whilst doing it. There is always an end goal for people, whether that be weight loss or training towards a specific event or indeed just to get back into regular exercise. I like to think that I can help with whatever that goal may be by getting to know and understand my clients properly and tailoring their programmes to them as an individual.
