Literally thieves! Took 6000 from us a year ago and still haven’t delivered the products. Thieves. Said delayed till November 2022. Then they said May of 2023. It’s May and no settees. Hence I asked - where’s our settees? Now they say august. Scum! Thieves. I will have these settees or double my money back or I sue them and I will sue you. You’re disgusting to operate like this. Unnerving / Disappointed
Just horrendous…… A simple return has taken 5 weeks! It’s still isn’t complete. I don’t know what it is with these guys but they make it as painful as possible to return something. I had never heard of Kathy Kua Home. It is in NYC. I live far from NYC. But when I received my credit card bill this month, I had a fraudulent charge; for a large amount from Kathy Kua Home. How is this possible? Shouldn't they ask for the 3 numbers from the back of the card? Big hassle for me. More...

It true, this company is terrible with returns, %15 of the total purchased you will lose, even if it is a Christmas gift. Accountability, and customer service is also extremely subpar

I worked for an interior design firm, and had many “unexplained delays.” What starts as a 3 month wait can quickly become a 6 month delay.
I suggest you get rid of your retail portion of your company as your are not equipped to deal with customers and provide timely service. It is clear you participate in retail for your companies’ own profits through your design clients, and not to serve regular retail customers. Just focus on your design!

BUY ELSEWHERE!! All the negative reviews on this site are accurate. If you're dealing with an issue with Kathy Kuo Home, don't bother calling, the customer service phone number doesn't work. I've pointed this out via email chat and email, but I doubt the company cares. I'm writing this review hoping someone responds to my inquiries about the damaged table. Whether the issues with my transaction are a Kathy Kuo Home policy/practice or with the vendor, Gabby Home Products, BUYER BEWARE. Full story: The table was intended for a new home which has been under construction. Shortly after it arrived, I realized the table would not work in the evolving space and requested a return. 6 weeks later after multiple attempts to communicate with Kathy Kuo customer service and being told they would accept the return, I was then told the vendor would not accept a return due to the time that passed. Understandable, sort of. However, when I finally opened the box with the intent of repurposing the table elsewhere, I noticed 3 out of 4 corners on the base were very badly damaged. I notified customer service through email, sent pictures of the damaged base and the undamaged box and still no response. My prior issues with the attempt to return and lack of response on the damaged table have left me leery of Kathy Kuo's customer service standards. Shipping/damage/return issues are not uncommon with furnishings for larger projects, and most companies handle the process easily and with customer friendly responses. Almost all items on Kathy Kuo's site are available through competitors that offer better customer service, so I suggest you do your research and BUY ELSEWHERE. More...

Ordered a table in February and was told it would ship in May. After the status still showing now shipped, I called and was told maybe August now. Blamed manufacturer. Not their fault. I’ve used Kathy Kuo Home e-design service twice and each time, I have been very happy with my experience. This time, they transferred my daughter’s nursery into a toddler room and an office/guest room into a new nursery for our second daughter. Sally, my interior designer, was very patient with me as I was constantly changing the themes of the nursery room and she offered great recommendations for decor and furniture for both rooms. I will definitely be back to have other rooms in the house design by Kathy Kuo Home. More...

She has a great eye for making rooms flow and carefully curating items based on my wishlist and style, as well as existing pieces. Our experience with Kathy Kuo Home was amazing. Our project was not only an addition, it was a full remodeling of our treasured beach house. The team at Kathy Kuo Home understood exactly the vibe we wanted and worked tirelessly to deliver the perfect product. From furniture, artwork, linens, and paint colors all the way to custom built in bunks and custom entertainment consoles they covered all the bases. Kathy Kuo and her entire team are amazing! I made the trip to her new Design Bar on a lovely block in Harlem to see a coffee table that I wanted to buy from her web site. Everything - from the web site chat (Yasmin!) to the logistics manager (Raul!) - was a model in customer care. Kathy (and her husband Scott) were warm & welcoming in a design space that inspired the imagination with the comforts of home...and I loved the coffee table. Kathy had it hand-delivered the next day and followed-up to make sure that the table worked perfectly in my home. Old school service in a stylish, casual manner - Kathy fills an interior decorating gap by providing high-end design ideas with accessible, affordable, quality pieces that aren't cookie cutter. Kathy + her team are fabulous to work with! We were so impressed with the depth of their design expertise, professionalism, responsiveness, and of course how they made our home look and feel. We had a quick turnaround as we wanted many spaces ready before we moved into our new home, and they worked hard to ensure they met our timeline. Our children's rooms are magical havens they love to spend time in. Our family room and kitchen are chic + styled, yet very livable at the same time (I can get anything and everything my children smear off our amazing custom kitchen chairs). My husband's office has such a cool vibe even the kids sneak in there to hang. We had some specific asks and Kathy brought those to life with custom touches throughout our home.
