Choosing a therapist can be a daunting prospect but I can offer you a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment to explore the issues that you bring.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist drawing on the models of Gestalt, DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Mindfulness. This enables a holistic approach to each individual client so that we can explore your personal struggles in a supportive, encouraging way. Appropriate challenging can help the client to consider patterns of behaviour and look at incorporating new, more effective ways of approaching difficult situations.
I have a background in working with clients of all ages, and with a variety of mental health issues. However, no matter what your struggles are I can draw on my experience and training to offer short-term or long-term work. Needless to say, all members of our community are welcome.

My fees are:
£48 per session

I require at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.

I think it is important to choose a therapist who fits with you and I would welcome the opportunity to talk through what the work will entail.
