Great go to spot, particularly when you are hungry. Whether it's a weekend afternoon or date night it's great for it all. This is my most favorite genre for food so what better time to visit then when they have a buffet!I recently came in after a long hike. I was honestly surprised how hungry I was at 11:30 am on a Sunday. It was a bit on the quiet side at that time and everything looked like it had just been put out. The hot items were steaming, the ice cream was filled to the brim, and the plates and bowls were stacked high. My lunch companion was raving about the ice cream. He had it with every visit to the buffet (which was a total of 4 times, shhh don't tell him that I was counting). There were three choices of rice, lots of gluten free options, various meats (chicken, fish, etc.) and veggie options to boot. I just couldn't get enough of the noodle dish, chicken curry sauce, and of course the amazing chutneys!I had a coupon for 20% off of the buffet (with purchase of a beverage) so this visit was even more economical than ever. They also have a frequent buffet diner card which I was sure to get stamped. Just one more stamp and it's a free buffet visit for me!The staff are attentive and efficient. The space is clean, and the music is classic (Om Mani Padme Hum played on loop). As we stayed for quite some time the place was near packed when we headed out around 1pm - tho I had no idea as it was not particularly loud.I'll be back sooner than later, I suggest you head in too. The food is so warming and filling, particularly during these cool winter months. More...
Moved out of state but have to come back every time we get in town. Sweet potato masala is life.

Always delicious! Plenty of foods to choose from. Buffet foods are well labeled. Excellent tea & coffee. Staff are very attentive and pleasant! Greasy price too!
Great food, great service from very friendly staff. We love the lunch buffet!
Had vary good food
Friendly staffs. Ambience was good. Haven't had such delicious food in years. besides the naan, every item in the buffet menu was well cooked with perfect balance of spices. Taandori, Achar, daal, chowmein, pakaura was simply the best. More...
One of the best buffet experiences I've had. They weren't stingy about menu choices and portions of actual food in the dishes unlike many other buffets. There were plenty of options between vegetarian, meat and even seafood items(there was a shrimp curry the day I visited), all of which were hearty and delicious. Desert and salad options are good as well. Clean place, just seems a little dark inside but there's outdoor seating as well. Staff were all nice and friendly. More...
Awesome, authentic Indian food ❤️
I take eating on vacation very seriously. This might have been the best food I had while in Boulder. I would recommend it to anyone.
The buffet was most excellent!
Great taste. Great food. people are honest and welcoming. No pretentiousness.
Very tasty food. It took a long time to receive order but it was worth the wait. Free dessert to, thank you!
Always have had a great experience here.
Buffet is so good... happily over stuffed every time. Saag is what my dreams are made of.
A very good Nepalede /Indian food that I have had after a while. Service get 5+stars. Different varieties in buffet.I am a foodie and from NYC so definitely have more expectations but the quality of food and the taste have impressed me :)

Hot and delicious!! Wonderful service!
Kathmandu is the best Indian in town. While their ala carte plates might be better than their buffet, you can't complain about the buffet. It's so good and I always eat way too much. Service is always very kind and attentive. More...
Delicious food, great variety of buffet items, very kind people. Will absolutely return!
Better than most Indian buffets Ive been too. Less expensive and more options!
Kathmandu is definitely one of my favorite places to eat in Boulder theres even a location in Nederland which also does not disappoint!
Nice place for a buffet. Suits both vegetarians and nonvegetarians. Variety food with mild spice and medium ambience.
Anything you eat in this restaurant is great eating. I have eaten her twice and every time it is the same amazing! Love it!
Amazing food! Fresh, well made, many vegetarian or vegan options, staff is helpful. All you can eat buffet is the best bargain.
Very professional and the food is absolutely delicious.I highly recommend this family owned restaurant.
Great buffet. Good sauces and a little spicier than usual.
Great buffet with tons of gluten free options. No guessing here
fantastic buffet for a very reasonable price. I have come back over and over!
Best Indian buffet in town
Delicious! The buffet was great.
Always fantastic and great service! Try the lamb Tikka masala
Love the lunch buffet. Excellent vegetarian and vegan options.
The very best Indian/Nepalese lunch buffet in Boulder County! They have the same delicious food at their original Nederland location and in front of Target in Boulder.
The buffet and menu have lots of options. The food is extremely flavorful, and there is a large variety of ingredients. The service is also very good, and the restaurant feels cozy without being claustrophobic. Highly recommended.
We were super surprised by this restaurant. We had the buffet and it was great. The samosa was especially good. The price was great.
The $11.99 lunch buffet has great variety of curry, masala, saag, grilled chicken, eggplant, noodles, fried rice, lentil soup, meat and vegetarian options etc etc; and great quality too! The naan is buttery and flaky. I'd recommend! More...

Great choice for vegetarian and non vegetarian food.
Buffet well stocked and delicious
Fantastic meal at a fair price. Buffet options were a little bland but then it was a weekday.
Absolutely amazing chai, always excellent food regardless of what I choose
Great buffet, wide variety, vegan options
Great food. Hot & fresh
Absolutely the best Indian food in the area. The lunch buffet had endless vegan options and this is a must for our vegan family. All of the dishes have authentic Nepalese profiles. More...
Great food, average atmosphere, need more help on weekends I don't want to say bad service because the staff they have is very busy. They just need more help.
Good restaurant. The buffet is great. I recommend trying their pouri bread alongside the chicken tikka masala.
Nice Indian buffet. Seems authentic and fresh. Good variety, but not huge.
This place is by far the best Indian food in the area. Drove from Lyons to eat here. Buffet is always fresh and amazing. Try the chili if you like it hot!!
Wonderful, healthy vegetarian food as well as meat dishes. Will go there again for sure.
Very nice food and very nice people! Had buffet here for dinner and it's really a good experience.
Always solid for a good lunch buffet.
Not much to offer if you don't want super spicy. Our waiter was seen to seat us and bring the bill.
The buffet was delicious with a good variety of apps, veg and meat foods. Also even some desserts! And only $15
AMAZING FOOD! TRY THE BUFFET, OMG!
Always decent, standard, buffet is standard. But as someone who's been to India twice, it has room to improve. If 3.5 we're available I'd choose that.
Nikunja Bihari dasa
Great vegetarian buffet! Check it out for sure.
Saunter in --- order a hot chai and the buffet. Settle in --- fill your plate with sweet potato masala. Sink in --- go back for samosas and try all of the dips. Lean in --- have some paneer and tandoori chicken. Listen in --- eavesdrop or enjoy the silence. Give in --- go back again for kheer (rice pudding). More...
Boulder weekend with friends! After walking for hours and drinking great craft beer we decided to remember that it was one of teams birthdays (come on, that's what friends do). We "allowed" her to choice the dinner spot and she wanted Indian. We found Kathmandu and decided to stop in for a bite. It was clean and was mostly focused on buffet, which I'm not a fan. We sat and they didn't get us menus since 99% of those there wanted the buffet. We got menus! The service was solid. They checked on us and made sure that our waters (& drinks) were full. We ordered a number of dishes to share and ALL were fabulous. I think everyone was impressed by the flavor and portions. We dined like it was our last night....like it was a party for a friend. ENJOYED IT. When finished, they asked if we wanted anything else. We declined. THEN....the server came over and said, "It's okay to get something sweet from the buffet! Please enjoy!" Mana from Heaven. We did. Rice pudding, mango pudding and . Solid. I was stuffed like a turkey on Thanksgiving, but in a good, "I need to switch to sweat pants", kind of way. We will return when we come to Boulder. Of course, I'll start in sweat pants. Don't judge! I run every day for events like this. Oh, yeah. My friend enjoyed her birthday too...almost forgot. :) More...
Food is authentic, fresh and sooo good! Probably the best tandori chicken I’ve had to date.
I laughed so hard when Chaka when the walls fell! This place can haz much Google's.
Best Indian food with a fare price.
This is my favorite food, period. Not just Indian food. Any food. My family and make the drive at least a couple times a year about 90 minutes from where we live and the highlight of the event and ultimate destination is Kathmandu. When Ned is too far for us, we will make the drive to Boulder about 45 minutes away and eat at Kathmandu II. They are the same food as far as I can tell and the Boulder location is just as awesome only obviously less remote, which is both a good and bad thing! I am not a vegetarian personally, but the incredible taste of all the vegetarian dishes is what really turns me on to this place. I always come for lunch buffet, and I can fill a plate with 6 different dishes and then add a little bit of chicken tikka and I’m full for the day. Their chai tea is amazing too! Pro tip: yogurt cucumber sauce (Raita). Dip everything in it. More...
Decently priced and tasty Indian buffet, and they serve a mango lassi with rum in it; what more could you want?
Amazingly authentic, EVEN THE BUFFET!!! THE only thing better than the food is the price!!
Staff is wonderful, food is outstanding!
Awesome... cant wait to return
Food was great , great ambiance and hospitality
Decent dinner buffet for $15 but nothing special
This place is a gem in a sea of other resteraunts.
Great customer service and so cozy and there's delicious food and it's so close to shopping centers. Definitely coming here again.
This is always the most relaxing, joyful environment and the servers are so nice and caring. The food is super good and the buffet is amazing! Definitely recommended Kathmandu Restaurant! More...
This a great spot - excellent food, fresh ingredients, great selection and fair price. The only suggestion I have is that both times we’ve been in, they play one repetitive prayer/chant song. While very nice at first, by the time we leave, my family feels crazy - it’s become a bit of a joke. Perhaps a little more variety would be nice! Thanks for considering!! More...
Delicious and quick - buffet has plenty of vegan options - each dish labeled if it contains dairy or gluten
Boy do I hate over privileged Boulderites....this place is great don't listen to the bad reviews..those are people who should just stay at home and cook their own food but sadly can't so they come here and give a perfectly great restaurant one star...
The food and service here is wonderful!
Fresh on Sunday
Love this place! Think Indian food buffet, with a Tibetan twist. This place is a nice homage to Boulder's Tibetan populace.
This was one of the very BEST brunch meals I have EVER had!!!! Wait until after they've been open for at least an hour though, that way your food will be hot!
I really like the mo. mo., i think they make fresh everyday & all day buffet great
Great lunch buffet!
Being Indian, I can say that You will experience one of the best Indian food in the US. Everything I experienced was simply tasty. Even the staffs were good.
Their food was okay.
I frequent the lunch buffet, which is typically really good. The food I've eatin has all been loaded with flavor and cooked properly, as in not over done. I have seen slight inconsistencies in some of the dishes day to day, and sometimes its a little wait for them to refill the more popular items. I keep going back though, it is good and i allways leave full More...
After the success of the Kathmandu location in Nederland, CO, the owner opened Kathmandu II just off Pearl and 28th st.. Easy access to the parking lot is on 28th st., but you can easily park in the west Target parking lot and walk to Kathmandu II. The lunch buffet is a deal that is hard to beat, but come hungry. This is unlike many other buffets, because they keep their buffet trays small and constantly are refreshing the curries. The curries are fresh! More...
Awesome buffet! And almost everything is gluten-free.
Lunch buffet is always a treat with many flavorful choices at a great price.
Great place for Nepalese and Indian food. The buffet is always fresh and delicious. Plenty of vegan options too!

Every single buffet dish was delicious. The service pleasant and the price very accessible. We will definitely be back!
Delicious i love that place
Always a favorite. Lots of vegan options
First time in...I sampled the lunch buffet. Friendly service and tasty food. I'd definitely go again.
Large selection, good price, decent food. Most items have a sign specifying whether they contain dairy and gluten (and no obvious meat + dairy free = vegan here).
Delicious food! Great prices!!
Buffet...buffet...and oh yeah...did I say buffet...all day...everyday...atmosphere is exquisite...you mine as well be in Nepal on vacation! Food is pretty yummy...not the best chicken marsala I have had, but very good none the less. Staff is very friendly as well... More...

If you love Indian buffet then you will like this place
A decent Indian restaurant with buffet.
Great food. Fresh and tasty. Worth a visit.
Best lunch buffet in town! It's great for business meetings and connecting with old friends due to its quiet nature. This place offers all-you-can-eat Indian and Nepalese cuisine at around $14 per person for lunch, in a central Boulder location near Whole Foods.
The lunch and dinner buffets are great! The options seem to rotate but not that often. Even so, they usually keep two or three favorites the same including some very delicious spicy chicken. Eggplant curry is amazing here. Overall, an excellent value option. More...
This place is so good. Buffet all day as well!
Great food, and great value
Was very pleased to find this little hidden jem.
Great people serving authentic food
Great buffet and good service!
Definetely recommend this place.
I love the selection of milk-free and vegan dishes. I love the buffet. I don't love the staff who won't talk to women, especially if a man is there. Don't love the general lack of cleanliness. But I keep going back cause they have okra. Darn good okra. More...
Great food, great service and good sitting area
Love the all you can eat buffet and great service!
Great Indian food and service we've been to India and it was like a blast from the past
I ordered to-go and received a chai while waiting and a free dessert pudding.

Good food, good service and people!
Delicious lunch buffet for only $10! Excellent service here as well. Love this place.
Kathmandu II provides a delicious Indian lunch buffet, with a good selection of meat and vegetarian choices. They have been easily able to accommodate groups of a dozen for business lunches in a separate space.
Heimir Thor Sverrisson
Good buffet and nice environment.
The Nepali food here is really good AND on a buffet. Usually you can only get one of those things but they have both.
Buffet lasts all day. Delicious food. Just perfect amount of spice for me and I can't handle much more than on a lower scale.
Amazing. Brunch is a treasure.
Great place for a quick business lunch.
Love their spicy food
Best Nepalese food in Boulder, Colorado.
Amazing buffet. Perfect if it’s your first time trying Indian food, you can try some of everything and then go back up for more of what you like. Food was spicy and delicious.
Great service and even better food for the money

Lunch buffet is excellent value for money!!!
Good food but get the buffet at lunch and but dinner. The food was good but would have been great if it was fresh. Great meal for the money!
Got the buffet, great food for a reasonable price
Surprisingly good for a buffet restaurant. Would go again.
Delicious buffet at dinner. Go hungry, leave stuffed!
Very nice and delicious food they are serving
First time here....buffet was pretty good based on this visit.
This is an under rated restaurant in Boulder. Really good food and lots of options. The buffet is the way to go here. Everything that I have picked up from the buffet I have liked so far. Has a decent amount of vegan options. Regular this place at least once a week and it is never very crowded. More...

Good indian/Nepalese food. Excellent Service.
Good Indian/Nepali food in a nice setting.
This is our favorite restaurant in Boulder. We’ve been coming here for years and love the service and food. Lok always greets us with a smile and despite the language barrier makes us feel like queens. We won’t go to any other Nepalese restaurant! Thank you, Lok and staff! More...
Best Indian food in Boulder. Great selection of vegetarian options. They also had lots of spicey and not so spicey options which was great.
Excellent lunch buffet - great selection, and great food. Clean restaurant with attentive staff - a bunch of us from work eat here often. Highly recommended.
Food is okay. Tandoori and saag currey were good but the rice was not good, we complained the restaurant manager and he replaced the food. Nice environment variety of food items and good service. I could have given 5 star if the rice was good More...
Visiting from out of town and stopped here for dinner. The buffet was delicious, so many wonderful options to choose from! Great place for a great dinner.
Great! Good! Yeah!
The buffet is absolutely outstanding very high quality such a wide variety of dishes I usually end up being dissatisfied with Indian buffets for some reason and feeling rather sick afterwards but this buffet was worth way more than the $10 price tag and I felt good afterwards
Beautiful family, marvelous food, best tiki masala I've had yet.
Well, worth the money for the options in the buffet. Being a person of Indian origin and of considerable spice tolerance - these guys know how to burn your taste buds. Heads up on the chilli chicken - they will leave you senseless for a few minutes. Overall a good place, great location and good food.P.S: They're owned by Nepalese owners ( as the name Kathmandu suggests ), so they slightly vary from authentic Indian cuisine ! More...
Love the chicken tikka masala and the mango dessert
Super nice people and the buffet is INCREDIBLE.
Great lunch buffet
Really good food
Best in the town. Really good food, amazing atmosphere and top-notch customer service.
Sumptuous buffet. So many dishes were offered that I wasn't able to taste them all. I could not even take seconds of dishes. This was a shame as the specialty surprises included okra, shrimp, samosa and ice cream. Restaurants make two common mistakes: the first is that they reuse oil that has been used for deep frying when they stir fry. this adulterates the flavor of the dishes and is very bad for the liver. The second mistake is to wipe eating dishes with wash clothes that haven't been in the wash for a while. The plates look clean but the food tastes of the bacteria from the cloth. This restaurant, although affordable, avoids both mistakes. The flavors were excellent and I didn't feel sick afterwords. The setting is very comfortable and nicely designed, with soft seats. The service is excellent. Lunch buffet is $9.99.I hope to come back. More...
The buffet was excellent! Food allergens labeled to boot!
Delicious food, wonderful service. So enjoy dining at both the Nederland and Boulder locations.
Delicious Nepali cousine
Super delicious, and very friendly staff
Best Nepali restaurant ever
Best in Boulder. Non-dairy saag and other such items that the others in Denver don't offer on their buffets.High quality ingredients and pleasant service.
Great dinner buffet and friendly staff! Dinner buffet starts at 5pm, and lots of vegetarian options!
Good Indian food
I don't normally write reviews, but perhaps I should write more of them. Let me begin by saying I was simply blown away by the level of service at this establishment. I walked in at 5 PM for the Dinner Buffet, expecting something along the lines of every single buffet experience I've ever had. I walked in and was greeted with fresh, "home-made" food. It's not a skimpy buffet at all, and has something for everyone, from vegetarian to pescetarian to vegan. I filled my plate with tandoori chicken, basmati rice, and a very spicy chicken that I cannot recall the name of at this moment. Man, this food is really good! To add to that, I was offered a chai tea by another woman who stopped by my table, and that paired quite well with the spiciness of what was on my plate. I went back one more time and tried some of the curry and dumplings, along with carrot pudding. It tasted like a happy marriage of apple cobbler and carrots, quite delicious when it was served warm on a chilly Fall afternoon like today. During the half hour at my table, I watched families walk in and rave about this place to eachother, "The naan bread is my favorite, it's great for dipping!" Something about this place just screams community, love, and gathering, like going to church, or spending time on a holiday, sitting near a warm fireplace and watching the snow fall outside. This restaurant is a wonderfully unique experience, and at the end of the day, it was only $10.89. I'll definitely be back, and I urge you to put this restaurant on your list of places to go while in Boulder! More...
Good, inexpensive, lunch and dinner buffet! Love it
Very good buffet
Wonderful Indian food, my favorite kind, quiet atmosphere , artwork from Tibet everywhere, 12 dollar buffet, and no beef thank Lord Krishna
The food is delicious. Love the buffet. The staff is friendly, though there's a bit of a language barrier. That's to be expected for a restaurant so authentic. I will absolutely be back.
Great food, plenty of options for gluten free and dairy free. Kid friendly, good service.
Pretty cheap, and reasonably good fare too.
Excellent & authentic buffet. Lunch price $32 for 2 people.
Great food and service at reasonable prices

Great food, good prices

Best Indian buffet I have ever been to. I think we literally went here 5 or 6 days in a row. Yum! Delish! Although staff began giving us funny looks after day 3 or so... Felt a little uncomfortable and not so much friendliness from staff as we did on Day 1 or 2. Odd, as you think they would be happy to see you again and again! This was confusing. Although the quality of food, selection, and price kept us coming back. More...
Lunch buffet was incredible! Lots of selection, every dish was very good. All the dishes were marked if they were gluten or dairy free. Almost all the dishes were gluten free. More...

My go-to nepalese lunch buffet in Boulder. I cannot speak on behalf of ordering off the menu, as every time I return I cannot resist the temptation of the endless buffet with the widest selection of desserts I have seen.
Great lunch buffet.
Such delicious food! I love going to Kathmandu in Ned.
Try the chai tea! The buffet is good, too.
Great Indian food for cheap. Buffet is great.
This Indian Buffet has some different items on it: noodles, veggies in gravy. Spinach Pakora, samosa, and saag are so good. Their naan is so-so. Also love the mango custard w vanilla ice cream. The lunch buffet is open later, until 3:30p or 4p. More...
Awesome service, awesome servers/manager. Lok has been great on providing high class service. Highly recommended to savor Nepali Cuisine!!
The food here is fantastic and the ambience is solid, backed by attentive and excellent service.I'm personally a fan of Chicken Tikka Masala and they have an excellent version of it always available on their buffet. The buffet is stacked with options, probably 16-18 different foods to choose from. The Samosa is well seasoned and the breading crisp and crumbly, yet somehow moist. Their naan is good, but not great. It's just a bit thin, but with good flavor, so it's not like I take a pass on it. Their mango custard has good flavor and where they really win is their kheer (rice pudding). It's fantastic.I'd recommend getting the chai when they offer it. It's hot and delicious and goes with basically anything on the menu. It's free refills so go to town on that.I can get a buffet, a chai, and pay a tip for about $16 at lunch. The bill is always brought as a single check to the table and then they'll split it however you want at the front. They are around to the table frequently and keep beverages to the brim if you tell them you'd like the refill. This is my favorite place in Denver/Boulder for Indian food. It's well worth a stop. One note, you have to really watch out for their parking lot entrance. You can only get to it on the northbound side of the street and it comes up and goes by pretty fast. There's a big Kathmandu II sign though, so as long as you're looking for it, you should be fine. More...
I have loved coming to this restaurant since they started up in Netherland and there Boulder branch is just on par and just as good!
Affordable dinner buffet with nice options. Service can be a little sporadic
Great restaurant with kind and polite servers. We came for a dinner buffet. The food was very delicious and variety is amazing! This is probably my favorite restaurant in Boulder! I’ve never had the buffet because I always order off the menu, but everything I’ve had so far is amazing...vindaloo, aloo Gobi, aloo and peas and the samosas- all excellent. My 4 year old loves the chicken Tikka Masala and channa Masala too. More...
Just passing through on the way to Estes Park and lucked into this selection. My wife and I had the buffet. Several of the things we had were excellent and everything was good. My friend and I are both vegan, and he took me out to this place to try the food when I first came to Boulder. I was extremely IMPRESSED with the quality of the buffet.
The food was as marvelous as the food I've had at a Hare Krishna temple in Maryland, the staff was wonderful, and the pricing is great too (although I didn't pay that time, my friend did, so it was SUPER great ;)
Thanks so much Resham and Lok! More...
A large restaurant space with 16 dishes at the buffet, plus the salad and dessert. Definitely worth the money and the experience. Food is great! Not your average Indian food place. It's definitely a hidden gem. More...
Lunch buffet is very satisfying. My favorite menu item at this place is their saag I didn't have anything I didn't like though:)
Excellent food! Delicious and the buffet is really affordable, the atmosphere is nice
Really good buffet and Indian food.. wouldn't given a five except it was so hot idk if the ac was on
We have eaten several times at Kathmandu in Nederland, so we tried K2 in Boulder. The buffet was every bit as delicious and varied as the original. All non-meat dishes state whether they contain dairy or egg or gluten, which was really helpful as I am a vegan. This was a truly satisfying and delicious meal. The decor is lovely and the service is good. I WILL eat there again! More...
Place is pretty amazing. I'm going for the lunch buffet and spray one of the better buffets for Indian food I've ever been to. Service was okay but the food was amazing. If you're around Boulder and you wanted to try place for lunch, try this place. He showed up around 11 a.m. and everything goes Super Fresh. More...
This place is amazing. First time ever eating Nepalese food, if you're a regular Indian or Pakistani food eater, you'll be pretty comfortable and familiar with these dishes. The atmosphere was very relaxing and private. Servers are very attentive and immediately helpful if you need them. Almost running to/fro when they're at a request. I had the dinner buffet and basically just piled my plate with so many things I can't even tell you everything. Everything I ate was so flavourful and delicious. The desserts as well, were actually quite incredible and I'm normally a person who doesn't get desserts. If you're looking to try out Nepalese food, this is the place to go to. More...
Have been eating here since they opened. I love their buffet. I think they recently changed cook. Food is still good but it used to be way more flavorful
Great selection of Nepalese and Indian food. Nice staff, good food, good location. They have different types of rices, spicy and mild options and desserts to choose from.
Delicious! Love the dinner buffet and the Vegetarian Thali.
Amazing! So many spicy vegetarian and vegan options at the dinner buffet. The saag with no dairy is tasty and healthy. Tandoori chicken is flavorful and moist. The food tastes very clean and you leave feeling nourished. The naan is great. For 13 bucks this is definitely the best deal in town. They even have ice cream for dessert. More...
Buffet has excellent variety and flavors. I'm veggie and can't comment on the meat, but items like the sweet potato curry are scrumptious. The food at the other best buffet in town, the Taj, is a bit heavier/oilier and doesn't have quite as many veggie options as Kathmandu. More...
No dairy saag.Brown rice.Lentil soup!Curry, curry, curry.Good flavor.Excellent service and plenty of seating.Enough said.
The food is absolutely incredible! Come here and try the lunch buffet, it's completely worth it! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere for being in the heart of Boulder, Colorado. The food is the reason to come here and also come back some other day in the future. Delicious! More...
a south asian dinner buffet is relatively rare, so thumbs up to kathmandu for providing AYCE yumminess to the boulder area. my friends and i were quite fond of the options, and each of us had at least three servings (it's a buffet, you best have at least 2 plates...), even those of us who normally have just one plate at buffets.everything was flavorful and spiced well, if not a little on the less spicy side (we like the spice!). the pakoras were particularly nice and crisp (they tend to be a bit soft/stale in buffets). service was great, and the selection plentiful. Excellent restaurant. We were there for the lunch buffet. The food was amazing. Lots of the items on the buffet were Indian however you could find some traditional Nepali food as well. (lentil soup, bamboo shoots with potato were to die for). Their chicken curry was amazing as well as it was made in a very Nepali style. On the Indian side of things, the chicken tandoori was amazing as well as the chicken Tikka masala. Our server was nice and she made us feel very comfortable. When you are done do try the kheer (rice pudding). I loved it. Lots of room for large crowds and the place was very clean. I would definitely go back when I am in Boulder area. More...
We always use them for take out Indian food!! They are the best! Love their chicken tika masala and the nan! Also we have always had great survive here. I would defiantly recommend going here if you are in boulder and want some great Indian food. More...
Authentic Indian/Nepali food. I went during lunch buffet, I really loved Chilly chicken, fish curry among other things. Thanks
Attention Vegans- Try tis buffet!!! It's over 1/2 vegan and you can eat more than you can at any other buffet in town. The food is delicious and priced well. They can make vegan chai and naan as well (on request). I highly recommend this for anyone, vegan or otherwise. More...
Happened to be walking on 28th st with my better half and saw this place. We walked in and saw there was a buffet. The food was very delicious and not expensive plus the staff was very courteous. Will be returning again sometime
What a great deal! $11.99 for a Sunday dinner buffet of pure Nepali deliciousness. Amazing!

Oh, this restaurant is GREAT! I'm normally leery of buffets, but the buffet looked so good I decided to give it a try. Correct decision! Every single dish I tried was top notch, and the price was right. The owner even stopped by to check how our meal was - I can say, it was great! More...
