When we met Kate we instantly felt at ease. She clearly knewn her stuff and was very flexible in her approach to what we wanted. We had a lovely pre wedding shoot at the beach and gardens at southerndown with our 2 young children (1 and 3 yrs old) Kate managed to keep them both engaged and got some fantastic shots. Wow!!!
We've had our wedding photos back from our photographer Kate Adams photography.
She has captured our day so perfectly I honestly can't explain how amazing they are! !! We are blown away, and there's like 700 pictures. Each moment captured is incredible. Looking through the photos it's like re-living the whole day, every emotion repeated.
I honestly can't recommend Kate enough. We are so glad we booked her and we have these everlasting memories now!!

Well where do I start? From the moment I spoke to Kate ~ 5 months before our wedding date, and described to her my perfect wedding, her passion and love of photography, as well as her vast amount of experience and professionalism really shone through - I just knew instantly she was the right photographer for us! !

On our wedding day Kate was very professional, she made it so easy to relax and enjoy the morning wedding preparations, she just fitted into our home with family and friends and managed to capture some truly beautiful ‘getting ready moment,’ including some stunning dress, jewellery and wedding shoe photographs and some lovely family shots including some lovely ones of our little dogs!!

Kate is not a pushy photographer and she does not ask you to ‘pose’ in any awkward or uncomfortable positions, she is really talented at discretely capturing lovely natural photos in a very relaxed environment – which is exactly what you want on your wedding day (especially if you have a partner like me who isn’t too keen on having his photo taken – but Kate worked wonders and he actually really enjoyed it!!)

Our wedding day was a very, very wet spring day – but this, in no way, made any difference to our perfect day! Kate was exceptional and got rather wet braving the welsh weather to get some truly beautiful shots of us outside the church, and some even more beautiful, soft, romantic shots of us down on Oxwich Bay Beach.

Everyone has commented on just how stunning Kate’s photos are! Despite the wet, grey, cloudy day, Kate’s managed to capture the beauty of the location with soft, romantic images. Her attention to detail; capturing our gorgeous table flowers, sweet cart and marquee decorations are just as perfect as the big beach landscape shots!

Everyone at the wedding also commented on how lovely, warm and friendly Kate was and how hard working and professional she was; ‘blending in’ but managing to still capture the smiles and laughter of all our family and friends having a wonderful day.

I honestly could not recommend Kate's enough. We are truly delighted with how Kate has captured our day and the perfect memories she has created for us to treasure forever!

We've been blown away by the level of quality and sheer number of images that Kate supplied us with after our wedding day in October 2017. I first saw Kate at a wedding showcase and loved the soft focus, light and bright style.
Kate is super experienced with weddings and we could tell that on the day. Both myself and my husband do not enjoy having our photos taken, and are pretty awkward when it comes to posing, but somehow Kate managed to get decent pictures out of us that I'm sure we will treasure forever. More...

As soon as I saw Kate’s natural style of photography we just knew we had to have her for our special day!From the word go we felt every confidence that Kate would be fantastic for our day. Her organisation on the day was excellent and it was important there was structure of time for the whole day , so we met up with Kate before hand to discuss our schedule, she followed everything down to the last t. Our whole day was perfect.Even in a little drizzle our photographs are so colourful without looking artificial and “photo shopped” like many are today. When we saw our photos we couldn’t believe how beautiful she made it all look. We have recently received our photo album from Kate and we were blown away all over again. It’s is outstanding the quality and the finish is second to none. Once your day is over all you have left are your memories and photos,I highly recommend investing in an exceptional album with such high quality . It will be like nothing you’ve ever seen before . Apart from receiving the best service and product from Kate , she is also the kindest sweetest lady you will ever meet. I honestly could not recommend Kate's amazing photograpy skills enough. I came across Kate at a wedding fayre in Cowbridge and instantly knew she HAD to be our wedding photographer. The soft, almost translucent light she somehow manages to capture so perfectly in her photos is exactly what I was looking for. As an artist, light and colour fascinates me and Kate just seems to know exactly how to photograph it and make it look beautiful.So needless to say my fiancé and I were desperate to make sure she was free for our wedding. Kate also offers engagement photos, which of course we wanted. And they were not a disappointment. Kate is a lovely, lovely friendly lady who knows exactly what she's doing. We hate having our photos taken, but somehow Kate managed to make it fun, and we had such a nice time down the beach with the family dog Harvey having our engagement photos. We are delighted with how Kate has captured a perfect memory for us, and cannot wait to get big prints printed (which Kate offers) and the rest in an album to treasure. She has a real talent for capturing natural moments, and none of the photos looked posed or awkward - we look very happy in all of them, so thank you Kate :-)We are so happy such a talented and lovely photographer is going to be taking photos of the biggest day of our lives.
