My grandson Kane Farqurson goes to this school and he absolutely loves it . Iv found its given him structure and discipline, he has earned his first belt which is red, and gotten all equipment needed which again was budgeted as you did not if could not have to pay all @ once and also classes are only £5 a session affordable doable exceptional

Kash is an asset to the community, if only there were more people like him. His a great championship inside the ring as well as outside the ring. Great coach and very inspirational person to learn from. I always enjoy asking questions, taking advise and learning from his experiences. I have trained with Kash the flash at Kash the Flash gym for about four years, absolutely fantastic martial arts and specifically kickboxing teacher, more experienced than most within the Birmingham region. Makes learning fun coupled with teaching young kids as well as adults good discipline. A fantasticly immaculate gym with very appropriate training equipment for all fitness disciplines. Couldn't personally recommend a better instructor or gym. More...
