Karina was extremely professional and thorough. I explained what I wanted and she gave me multiple options to choose from. I felt well prepared for our session and she created a warm and inviting atmosphere in her studio. My son was fussy at times during the photo session, but Karina was so patient, comforting, and reassuring to him (and me)! I never felt rushed and she remained so calm. I almost didn't take pictures with my son, but Karina encouraged me to and I'm so glad that I did because they are the sweetest pictures I've ever taken. Karina is so sweet and patient! She helped me choose the perfect location for our maternity session. she kept in contact until my due date approached then when I had my baby, she quickly set up a date to for our newborn shoot. She was so patient during our newborn shoot when my baby pitched a fit trying to be swaddled. she waited for her to be fed again and changed to try again. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
I 100% believe in the relationship we create as client/photographer, and that starts with communication from the first time we talk. I'm happy to listen to your needs and ideas and provide my professional opinion on how to go about creating your perfect images. Once that foundation is formed, a level of comfort develops and you're able to relax and be yourself in front of the camera--and THAT is how I make great photos!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
The most important thing for me to know is what your end goal is for your images; I'm an "image-taker" and a "product-maker", whether it's digital files you want to share on social media, updating your headshot on LinkedIn, or creating fabulous wall-art or albums to commemorate a special milestone in your life.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with clients over and over, especially new and growing families, because your family becomes family to me! Watching your littles grow, and helping to capture their big milestones is so rewarding, because I know you will cherish those "frozen moments in time" forever!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I'd always dabbled in photography, but when I had my first child I truly loved being behind the camera as she grew. I have a passion for photographing children, especially newborns, and have loved continuing to grow and change as an artist while watching my own kiddos grow and change as people!

Maternity Photography
Since everyone’s pregnancy journey is different, I recognize that every woman has a different idea in mind for their maternity photos. When you decide to book with me, we’ll have a consultation to design your perfect session. Maybe you’re going to be a first-time mom and want to include intimate shots with your husband at a serene waterfall in Atlanta; or you’re having your third child and want more of a lifestyle, family photo shoot at a beautiful park in Roswell; or maybe you want more of a glamour feel in the studio to capture the magical glow of pregnancy. Whatever you’re dream is, we’ll make it happen!
Newborn Photography
I offer several options for newborn sessions, so I can create images you’ll love and cherish forever. This is such a special time—and it goes by so quickly!—I want to make your experience go smoothly and give you exactly the images you need.
Newborn sessions are offered both in-home and at my studio in East Roswell. Session/Creative Fees start at $250, and Collections start at $295. Contact me today for more details!
