Karen sent me a text, email and call to keep me updated on the status of my order. She even went above and beyond to help me research where the viewing and service were being held so that my flowers could be present at both events. Nothing but a GREAT experience!! My daughter was in St.Pete for her B-day over Spring Break. Karen delivered exactly what I had asked for! On top of that... she had her employee deliver the flowers BEFORE they were even open. The employee took the flowers home the night before, so they could be delivered BEFORE normal delivery time.They were going to Naples in the AM. Karen was excellent. Has been in the business since her teens and made me something really nice for a friend of mine in a pinch during the holiday season. She even gave me a free vase to put it in and the price was extremely reasonable for what she made up for me. Arrangements also come with cardboard holders that will make sure the arrangement doesn’t get messed up in your vehicle/other transportation. She also really cares about her customers. Gave me advice on where I could get free shots and help for a stray cat my friend found! More...
