Karen supplied 2x silent gliss ceiling hung wave tracks and handmade full length curtains for our lounge. The service provided was excellent with great advice and I found Karen was very helpful in answering all my questions along the way! Always very prompt in replying to emails and keeping me informed of the progress of my order. ... Her choices of various voile fabrics from the brief we supplied regarding our room style were spot-on, and she was happy to provide additional photos when requested, to accompany the numerous quotes accordingly.

We had Silent Gliss poles ordered with a problem on delivery. Karen was so helpful in sorting out a replacement and subsequent re-delivery.
She was at hand night and day as far as I can work out, I even had to urge her to go to bed and we could reconvene in the morning!

We were so happy with the result!
The whole entire transaction from start to finish was extremely professional and efficient.
Karen from Pole Design was very informative and helpful. In fact, we had an awful lot of work people in our new home as it was just weeks before Christmas that we got our keys and therefore had dozens of professionals come and go! Karen and her team were definitely the most efficient, promising and professional. Would definitely use her company again and have already recommended her to friends and family! She gives great advice and definitely knows what she is doing. :-)
The experience took a few hours but I was happy with the detail and attention that was put into the very difficult job of perfecting our gorgeous curtains over four windows throughout our home! Be patient and you will be happy with the result.

Great customer service. I approached Karen for curtain ideas for two very large windows in my rental property. I had a tight budget and also a time restriction.
I also wanted curtains in keeping with the property's very modern/minimal surroundings.
I found Karen to be very professional with plenty of great ideas. She was able to meet all my requirements within the timescale I set.
