I find kettlebell workouts to be quick and efficient and use these a lot in free weight routines.
I have had my first rehab session with Olivia today. She listened and took on board all my issues making lots of notes along the way. We went into the gym and very patiently she explained all the movements and exercises she wanted me to do, correcting me as I did them. I just wanted to say that I can’t recommend Olivia enough. She has looked after my back on and off for a while now but I am currently needing some weekly attention. The fact that she listens to what I have been up to and what I am having trouble with means that she tailors my treatment to me, no two sessions are the same targeting problem areas that I never knew I had! I’m not going to pretend it is the most pleasurable experience but that is due to the state I am in sometimes.
