Karen really knows her stuff. She takes the time to explain why we’re doing things, and what the end goal is. I feel challenged but not overwhelmed, and I’m very happy to be working with her!

Karen is a knowledgeable, skilled and motivating trainer who customizes everything to the needs of her client. She has a background as a dietitian so she also provides great insight regarding diet. Hi everyone, it is a pleasure to share my experience with karen to you. I am a mom of four beautiful kids and I have had lower back pain with some pelvic musle problems, after I give birth to my fourt Child for some quite times. It was very bad and It wasn't good for the whole family members. So, My wonder full husband ( my always helper) searched through google a personal trainer and ended up with karen. I am glad he found her. Karen is very professional, understanding, and easy to work with. I work with her for three months, three days a week. And it was very help full. I got better from my pain and also, lost some weight too. I found Karen through a simple google search looking for local personal trainers. Her website is minimalist and isn’t over-saturated with flash and ego, promising you the moon. I had no idea what to expect but I found not only exactly what I wanted but more than I could’ve dreamt of. There is so much more that Karen offers than just working you out and giving you information about eating to compliment your weight loss goals. Karen is committed to getting to the core of your movement abilities and inabilities, understanding why YOU are limited physically and customizing your workouts to not only better your success but to fit within your life and a changing lifestyle. Karen is overflowing with knowledge in a way that ignites interest in yourself and how we live our lives as people in society today. You will never think about your body in the same way and thank goodness for that because we need to learn how to move more but enjoy doing it also. Do yourself a favour and care about yourself enough to feel better, sleep better, eat better, do things day to day that don’t require workout gear or hours of extra time that no one has. Her workouts make you stronger they don’t tear you down. You want to come to exercise because it’s attainable not intimidating and she is a real person not someone you can’t relate to. I have been working out with Karen for a year this January. I have never been an athletic person, have never enjoyed the gym or group exercise classes, and so was really having trouble finding a way to improve my fitness level. At the age of 50, I realized I needed to be more proactive in taking responsibility for my health. So I signed up with Karen. Am I ever glad I did! Karen combines knowledge, passion, humour, and dedication with kindness and understanding of the reluctant exerciser. She has really helped me to look after myself better, to be more aware of just how much better I can feel about myself with a little effort. Having her help me along has been a godsend.
