I have a background in Leadership Skills and Executive Coaching in global corporates. I'm also an accredited Strengths Profiling Practitioner with Capp and Co. Helping my clients gain self-belief and grow in confidence to become better leaders through recognising their own strengths and talents is something I feel really passionate about.
