What do you love most about your job?
The most fulfilling thing in my work is seeing a business owner go from a place of uncertainty and doubt to having real clarity and direction which sparks that flame of interest and motivation in their business again. I am privileged to have been able to witness first hand, 1000's of success stories from businesses across the country who went from good to great or from cloudy to clear skies after letting go of doubt and taking the initiative to engage.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I ran a small business and when I started, like most, I did not quite appreciate the stress and pressure that came with being a business owner. It can at times, be a really lonely place. I was in a pretty bad situation and decided to seek help. I was incredibly skeptical at first and out of sheer desperation I decided to take on the services of a business coach and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I ever made for my business. I knew my story was not unique so now I am trying to bring this incredibly powerful resource to those skeptics like me who never even considered that this life changing opportunity was available to them.
