The company has truly changed its ways. Â After my incident in 2015, I decided to give them another chance, and they came through. Â While I do not approve of their $99.99 delivery fee, despite spending over $1,000 in purchases, my relationship with the company has improved significantly. Brand new management made a huge difference!!!!Had a really wonderful experience this weekend at Kaplan's in North Olmsted. My husband and I stopped in to begin our search for a sofa. We found one we loved right away and Steve, new General Manager (no-nonsense, no b.s.), was incredibly helpful as was our salesperson Kim. Steve talked to us about their commitment to our satisfaction with the furniture and their guarantee for quality. We got an amazing deal on a beautiful sectional and can't wait to have it delivered. We appreciated the no-pressure sales approach and the great deal. Highly recommend giving Kaplan's a look for your furniture needs. We will definitely return for future purchases. More...

My husband and I visited Kaplan Furniture in North Olmsted, Ohio, on December 30th. Â We needed to look at mattress since ours was no longer acceptable for a number of reasons. Â We bought our mattress only two and a half years ago from a company that is now out of business. Â Because our mattress had a warranty on it, the Restonic headquarters in Albany, Indiana, gave us a few options of places to try out a new mattress. Â We went in to Kaplan in North Olmsted and our salesman was a gentleman by the name of Matt. Â He knew ahead of time that we would not actually be purchasing a mattress from his store but rather "trying" the mattresses out to let Restonic in Indiana know. Â He gave us his full attention and seemed very knowledgeable about the products. Â We were so impressed with his attention, and yet he gave us space to discuss. On December 19th, 2010 I was going to purchase a new reclining loveseat. I started at Value City, because I bought there before. You can read my review regarding that experience, it is bad!Then I went to La-Z-Boy, because I had just purchased an electric lift recliner there for my handicapped husband, and I thought I would find the matching loveseat. You can read my review regarding that experience as well, it is bad!Next stop was Kaplan's. I was greeted friendly by Jamie S., told him what I was looking for, and that my shopping day didn't go well so far. He promised to do his best and showed me available loveseats.I told him I have limited space, and 78" was the maximum length, and I would prefer something with a middle console, and quick delivery as well.It took less than 10 minutes until I was sitting in and testing a wonderful loveseat, which met all my expectations: 78" long, middle console, and on sale for $ 769 ( down from $ 1.299), made by Ashley. Unfortunately it was not immediately available, but he promised I would get it within 2-3 weeks, and since I would have to wait he would give me an additional discount, final price: $ 699. I agreed to that, and I was surprised when I signed the order, that delivery would be free as well. No other furniture store offers that!On December 30th, 2010 Kaplan's called me, my loveseat was ready for delivery, next available day would be January 4th, 2011 between 1-4pm.On the 3rd they called me as a friendly reminder, on the 4th I received a call ahead of the delivery.The delivery went very smooth, very nice young guys!! For a tip they even helped me to get ridd of my old loveseat.This is service and I will definitely check Kaplan's first the next time I need another piece of furniture. 5 Stars for Kaplan's! More...
