How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
All programs are customized based on the client's specific needs, through exercise as well as nutrition. We know and understand that no 2 bodies are the same, so the workouts change as well. By writing workouts for the days you are not training with us, we also make sure that there is some self reliability being created.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and practicality. These changes are lifestyle changes, so the methods we use are realistic. No fad diets, no unrealistic time frames, just hard work and consistency.
What do you love most about your job?
Teaching. Watching people learn new exercises and developing self reliability so they do not have to work with a trainer forever. And of course, who doesn't love the results?! Clients that put the pants on that they haven't worn in 10 years, or hearing someone say "this is the fittest I've been since before my baby!" We do this because we are passionate about health and wellness, and we want our clients to as well. You don't have to enjoy working out, but you WILL enjoy the person it makes you!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in corporate gyms for the last 5 years, I decided that I wanted to step into my own realm and take the knowledge I have gained from those organizations, and do it independently. I also watched 1000s of people say no to working with a professional because they couldn't afford it. I never want that to be the case, so having independent pricing methods allow me to customize the investment of the client.
