Our Cairn Terrier, Brodie recently stayed at Kamp K-9 for over a week. It was his first time in a boarding facility, and although he was completely exhausted when he came home, I know he was in the best place possible.
When I took him back for a playday it was so great to see him so happy to greet the other dogs and be ready for a fun day.
Thanks to Sue and all the staff, volunteers and other dogs for making his stay so very enjoyable.

Great place - I did some training there and I board my lab there from time to time. It's nice to know the dogs aren't just stuck in a run all day and night and they have someone that pays attention to them. As well they have supervised social time most of the time they are there. Our dog (shih tzu) vacationed at Kamp K9 while we were away.
We are fairly new to the area and I found Kamp K9 when searching for a new boarding facility.
I chose them due to great reviews- and they have gone above and beyond.
Sue was quick to respond and invited Bear in for a consultation to see how he interacts with other dogs. From the initial consultation everyone I came in contact at the facility struck a chord with me as you can tell they are truly animal lovers and love what they do!
Our dog was having a great time at camp until 3 days in when the very vigilant staff noticed he was having some health issues. Sue quickly took our dog over to a very trusted local vet. Unfortunately, our dog has some serious health issues we were unaware of due to old age (and not at the fault of the camp). After a 1 night stay at the vet instead of washing their hands (which surely would of been easier); Sue offered to take care of our dog until our return. She has sent us text message updates and through regular conversations with her I can confidently say that our dog is in great hands right now even in the worst case scenario.
Like anything else in life- you hope everything goes planned. The fact that they shine in the worst case scenario is all you need to know. Your pet will have a great time here and will be in great hands.
Thank you Sue (you are amazing!) and all the staff of Kamp K9!

I was amazed by the facilities and the staff. They seem to really care about the dogs and really looking after their needs as well as the needs of the pet owners. I had a complete tour by Sara at the front desk and she loves dogs and loves working there and is very enthusiastic about it. I didn't meet the owner but did talk to her on the phone. We plan to take our pup there for playtime and if we need an overnight stay for him. In the meantime, since we have a new pup, we are taking him to this location for training with Canine Rainbow Dog Training who have their classes there. More...

Am dogless but have been many times with a friend for her dog and they really show how much they care about the animals and any specific needs. Very friendly staff who encourage major dog lovers to drop in to volunteer especially if they can't have a dog of their own. Perfect for condo dwellers who are not allowed pets in their building. Good service but our Kaeana came back a little lighter. Not sure if it was because she missed us or because she was in a strange place for the first time. She was definitely happy to see us when we picked her up. She had a nick on her ear but that may have been from her play time with the other dogs. May be a little pricey compared to home care but she was in good hands and we had peace of mind during our vacation. More...
