I herniated my disc between my L3 and L4 and had pain in my left leg so severe that I had to use a walker, after just 2 treatments I was off the walker and the pain diminished greatly! I will always be grateful to Dr. Malone for her knowledge and bedside manner!!! She will be my acupuncturist as long as she is in practice!!! I was skeptical about whether or not acupuncture really works. Some of my problems have been alleviated and some of them we are still working on. I found the doctor to inspire a lot of confidence in her ability. She really listened and was very easy to talk with. I went to another acupuncturist just to meet him and see what he had to say, and I would definitely recommend that you see Dr. Malone. She is an M.D. and talked to me about things that I should address with my family doctor. Her whole office is just comfortable. She will talk to me on the phone if I need her to. She also works at a hospital and she is a very busy woman but her acupuncture office is not rushed or crowded. Sometimes when I walk in the door she is ready to see me, sometimes I have to wait just a few minutes. Most of my appointments are very relaxing, and I can feel the acupuncture working sometimes. She sees some patients in their homes if they cannot get to her office. She is very caring but tells you just like it is. I have been able to go off two of my medicines and I feel better that I have felt in years. It took a couple of months but now I only have to go about every three months.I go in between if something goes wrong or I get sick. She is a really neat person to meet and talk to.
