I firstly sit down with my clients to make realistic goals for their fitness, physique and fat loss. We then decide together what the best strategy for accomplishing that will be. I give a lot of nutrition support, as diet is 100% crucial to meet the health goals that you desire.
I periodically check back with you to access whether you are achieving your goals and alter the plan accordingly.

The secret to getting the body of your dreams is to have a really clear image in your mind of what you want. You then need a burning desire to achieve that for yourself. Then comes getting a plan together and executing it. I believe a willingness to experiment is essential. We are all different and something you have to try something to find out if it works for you. Oh yes, and patience is essential!
