How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our menu / catering selections can be based on any number of variables whether it be the desires of our clients, or theme of the event.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite part is always the outcome, but the part I absolutely love is working with my clients and building a relationship/ bond. You really have to be receptive to people and seeing through the eyes of your client in order to make their wishes come true. It does not get any better than that!
