Although I was concerned about the cost of our special event, my apprehensions were resolved as Oliver delivered huge value, with beautiful and timely presentations of all his courses. the charcuterie board with some added special cheeses was a spectacular beginning to our celebration. The elegant dishes that we selected from Kak's menu were beautifully paired with some special old wines in our cellar. The servers were alert to the needs of all present, and efficiently recycled and cleaned the plating area of our kitchen. We used Käk personal chef and catering for our business launch party. The food was out of this world. Everything went off without a hitch. We had an array of delicious tapas, and drinks. Ollie the owner was very professional, was on time, and the timing of the food was perfection. I can't recommend this business enough! What a fun experience! Kak and Ollie as the chef were so professional from start to finish. The food was great (especially the cheese plate! ), the wine paring was on point and it was sooo much easier to have someone (Ollie) prepare, serve and clean. This allowed my wife and I to totally relax with our friends and enjoy everything to the fullest. Would definitely use Kak again for a personal chef experience. Highly recommend! More...
