Very pretty tea room and shop, lovely cakes and sandwiches and friendly, lovely owner. Very welcoming. This is my third visit in a month :) I now have a beautiful new table and bench and several cans of Annie Sloane paint :) they also hold painting workshops. A real treasure of a place, we'll be back again soon xxx

We have been today and had the most amazing afternoon tea, the scones and cake was amazing. Just wish we had brought the pram to walk off some of the cake after in the park over the road. Thanks for the amazing welcome and will be back very soon.

Lovely lovey shop and even nicer tea rooms! The fine crockery and even better cutlery just add to the experience with a lovely selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes! Brought my sister and mum and nan here for a belated Mother's Day and was an absolute treat! Thanks you!

Beautiful afternoon tea today! The heart shaped tea service had me squealing with delight, what a lovely touch! Great service, great (but not too loud) music, BEAUTIFUL cake (I am a Chocolate Guinness fiend!), great scones with proper jam and cream... Can't fault it, it was an absolute pleasure :) I am very much in love with the heart shaped tea strainer, I may have to come back and purchase one for myself. Thank you very much for a lovely afternoon!

I was taken to Marthas Hertitage shop by my lovely friend Traci for lunch. We loved it! Attention to detail by the owner is so refreshing. She was very welcoming and friendly. The sandwiches and especially the lemon drizzle cake were delicious. The gifts in the gift shop offer something different. This is not your average tea room, it's quite special and We will be definitely making a return visit soon.

A little haven of delightful things you hadn't realised you couldn't live without. Don't miss Martha Heritage's own range of candles and locally sourced home accessories - I love them! As for the homemade lemon drizzle cake ... there is no better! Go and check it out yourself!

Called in yesterday for a hot chocolate and a piece of cake! The Eton Mess cake was absolutely delicious and so light. Lovely to look around at all the bits and pieces. Will definitely be coming back with my mum. She will probably buy half the shop! Service was excellent too xx

What a lovely little place this is, full of good ideas with an excellent tiny tearoom. Enjoyed a pot of tea and a fresh out of the oven scone with my good friend Helen. Managed to purchase a few goodies too - lovely. Will be booking on a course soon to learn to paint furniture. Lovely friendly staff too.

Fantastic little shop, went in to purchase Annie Sloan chalk paint, all the staff were so helpful and more importantly knowledgable, they did everything they could to help us and even delivered some products straight to my door! I am sure I will be back soon now I have the Chalk painting bug! Thanks again to the owner and her staff.

Took my Mum for a light lunch. The sandwiches were good and reasonably priced but the 'sampling plate' of 4 cakes was simply delicious :)
This is a lovely cafe with plenty of distractions (read: opportunity to spend) :)
My Mum bought a super felt hat and shawl and I managed to pick up some lovely wine gift bags and greeting cards. I would highly recommend a visit.

I just attended the Annie Sloan workshop at Martha Heritage and it was absolutely amazing! It really opens a world of creative possibilities. We were in a small group of 3 which let us all ask any questions we had and share creative ideas. Anna was a great teacher, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us lots of tips. I have really learnt a lot and I'm definitely coming back for more! To top it all off, we had a tasty lunch afterwards (scones are to die for!). Thank you!! :)

Visited today to look at some Annie Sloan paint. Ended up staying for a lovely latte and a beautifully presented and delicious raspberry scone. There was a small party in for a baby shower and their afternoon tea display looked fabulous! Will be mentioning this to my bridesmaids for my upcoming bridal shower. The staff were very friendly and I never felt uncomfortable being by myself. The items for sale are beautiful and the furnishings made or upcycled by themselves are fantastic! I was given some very helpful tips and ideas for my crafting. I will be back very soon and bringing friends xxx

I had a dinner party last weekend and was struggling to make the table look special. Anna and Josh came to my rescue with lots of great ideas and found the right decorations and settings for me. Josh then helped me plan and lay out the whole table and it looked spectacular.
I love all the ornaments I have bought from Martha's Heritage as they are always great quality and unique.
I would definitely recommend them for a dinner party or any special occasion if you really want the wow factor!
Thanks again Anna and Josh.
