It was about 2 years ago when I met Kacey. She offered me a free coaching sample session. I honestly didn't think much of it. I had been offered free sample sessions before and passed on them. I was already working on myself, why did I need a coach. Whether it was due to Kacey's kind, playful or non-judgmental spirit I reached out and took her up on it.

Looking back, it's clear it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Not only in the first session did Kacey support me in identifying my limiting beliefs, patterns and behaviors, but she also opened my eyes to the power of coaching. From that moment forward I realized I wanted to be a coach. I wanted to support others in having the breakthroughs that Kacey supported me creating. I realized that we don't need to live decent, ok, or good lives, we can live great lives!

Working with Kacey and becoming a coach has absolutely transformed my life. I can't image where I would be today without her.
