Raphi who worked with us for a few months, gave us a lot of tools and tips on how to react with her, how we can improve her behaviour and above all, to help her deal with the world in a better way. He cared a lot about Nella and she also spent long periods with him when we were away a few times - We left her with him in his home board with no worries. Her training took sometime because she’s not young and Raphi isn’t looking for shortcuts or magic tricks, he’s doing his job properly, he’ll be honest with you and it is worth it because we can see the change.
