This is the third groomer I have taken my guy to. The last one he began to shake and whine when we'd go, I knew I needed to find him a new spot. Boy did I luck out, they're conveniently located near us and the ladies I have interacted with there... they've been stellar! Super friendly and helpful. They are more expensive than the 2 other groomers I've used, but when I get him back there is no loose hair on him and he seems not to mind going there. I am definitely willing to pay the price if the job is done better and my guy is at ease. So happy to have found them. More...

I can not give this place enough stars. First I called to see if they had anything available today, and they were able to fit me in right away. It was $130 for a deluxe bath, de shed, nail trim, ear cleaning and fur whitening. There was amazing communication. And the staff were so friendly and accommodating. They were amazing for my dogs first professional groom. Unfortunately my dog was not a fan of the blow dryer so the staff helped me make a plan to get him more comfortable with the environment and noise. Excellent and caring service! I can't say say enough good things about the groomers here. I had a extremely bad experience at another grooming salon so I am very particular about whom I now trust my boys with. K9 has exceeded my expectations! It is clean, all the grooming takes place in view of the public, and everyone is super friendly and professional. When grooming my 14 1/2 year old dog they became concerned he should see a vet. They called me and finished up the minimum groom. Fortunately he was okay and has returned for more grooming from their salon. Sooo so happy with Bella's haircut! I drive about an hour to come to this salon. They are really friendly here and clearly love dogs. The amount of care and detail that they put into each service is seriously unlike any other groomers I've been to. Bella is 14 and a bit of a princess. With age her hair has grown faster, the texture is different, she has a a bladder problem, she has a heart condition, and she just gets tired quicker. Leaving her anywhere makes me very nervous but here I feel like she gets treated really well. It's very important that we keep her nice and pretty and although I sometimes fail her, I bring her in every few weeks and k9 design goes above and beyond for her. I think a newer person worked on her this time and although she was worried bc Bella made it a bit difficult to do her under area, she came out looking like a little model! She looks so good! I love the cut, the length is perfect, and she managed to get rid of a problem skin tag near Bella's mouth that Bella would just not let me or a vet help with. I really appreciate their help and care with Bella. She's my child and K9 design understands that. My family brings all 4 of our dogs here now. We love it here! More...

Great friendly service. We were happy to learn of this new business located near our home. We are new to owning a "fluffy puppy" who requires haircuts so we needed help deciding the right cut for our cockapoo. My pups & I love K9 Design! I recently took both of my dogs in for grooming appointments and I was totally impressed by the whole experience. The owners and additional staff were all super friendly and immediately made my dogs and I feel welcome. The salon itself was clean and orderly, and I especially appreciated the open layout which allows you to watch your pup as he/she gets groomed (if you choose). At pick-up, my dogs greeted me with wagging tails and huge smiles on their faces, a clear indicator that they were comfortable and well cared for while I was away. They did a thorough job on both groomings — both of my dogs were clean, soft, and smelled amazing, and my toy poodle’s haircut was near perfection! All in all, I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s a bit of a distance from our house (25 mins) but well worth the drive. We genuinely look forward to our next visit! More...

We had a great experience here! We brought our puppy Milo in to get his nails trimmed. He won't even let us touch his paws at home but he let the lovely workers cut and grind all of his nails.
